Super moisturizing toner , made my skin soft and hydrated

It feels like a product that combines the best parts of an essence and a toner. Toner on its own can feel a bit too light and not nourishing enough, but since this has essence in it, it feels more hydrating and really locks in the moisture, which I love. The scent is nice and subtle, and it works well on my sensitive skin without causing any trouble.

I didn’t think a toner could make such a difference until I tried this one! The texture is milky and lightweight but feels super nourishing! I’ve been using it morning and night, and my face actually looks plumper and more glowy 🥹🥹

Made my skin a little greasy

I was really intrigued by the idea of a toner made from rice! I discovered it has a light, milky texture that absorbs quickly and leaves my skin soft and hydrated without any greasiness. It is gentle enough for twice-a-day use, and I have seen some improvement in terms of evening out my complexion. The formula is fragrance-free, vegan, and features rice bran water and ceramides. This product came with two intact safety seals, one on the box and one on the bottle itself; the expiration date is almost 3 years from now. It is made in Korea. The only drawback for me is the cap. It is very cheap and hard to open, and I think it will probably break off before I use up the bottle. Bummer.
