Updated review: customer service was very easy to work with. They helped us try to fix our first bike and when it couldn’t be fixed they sent us a new bike. Updated review from 1 star to 4! First review: Loved this bike and wanted to love this bike, but after very light use and wear, the entire tire frame (not just the tube) broke. Clearly poor quality bike. I wish we had just bit the bullet and gotten a more expensive bike that would’ve lasted more than a few rides.

I bought this bike for my child and we couldn't be happier! The build quality is excellent, ensuring a safe and sturdy ride. The colorful design and fun graphics make it very appealing to kids. I bought the 14" for my 2yr old who is about 93cm tall. He loves it. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. Has some weight to it. Adjustments were simple and he was able to learn to pedal within a few hours of use.

PERFECT size for my 4 y/o toddler with regular inseam length! Love the dual brake system come with all tools and assesmble hardwares. Mudflaps and bell are a nice bonus! Will see how it last over the year being a white frame, but it is so adorable! On the bike, since my kid is already familiar with 12 inch balance bike, she starts off with ease! The stance feels right better my loaned box store brand from a friend.

Bought this for my 3 year old for a first bike. He loved it so much he was on it a biking around within the hour. The bike is great, very easy to modify for height. The hand brakes are a little loose even after I've tightened them. Tires seem good tread is not great.
