Went 6 months without a period started this product about two months ago off and on and just started my period back up! If I was more consistent I’m sure it would have started up soon but this product works amazing!

If you're considering this for your cycle, or to level things out, go for it. The powder is flavorless, I add it to a large glass of water in the morning and it doubles as helping make sure I stay hydrated cause I want to make sure I get my full dose. Very good product.

I don’t leave many reviews but I want everyone to know how incredible this is. I am 38 and in the starting stages of major hormone shifts. I have been to doctor after doctor about many things such as serious fatigue, random weight gain, brain fog, and horrible breast pain. I keep hearing over and over again that it’s just my hormones, and I have tried everything! This has been a game changer for me. I finally have stabilized energy, and I have not had that since high school. I’m not hitting an exhaustive point in the middle of the day anymore. My breast pain went away almost instantly. My appetite changed instantly as well. I don’t have sugar cravings, and food noise has silenced. I recommend this to everyone! I do recommend taking half in the morning and half in the evening, as the first few times I took a while scoop at once it had uncomfortable side effects.

This product is very good. I have menopause and I have been able to sleep better, hot flashes have decreased, and I feel more energetic.

I’ve been using this for two weeks now and so far I have noticed less to no hair growth! Ugh. By now I would have had to pluck the hairs I get. I’m so satisfied with that part. I don’t know if it’s the cause of my breakouts though bc my skin has been so clear since before using this. I’m still waiting to see if my period comes. Today I am cramping..so we shall see. I’m actually taking two scoops a day bc one just doesn’t feel efficient to me. I haven’t had a real period since probably October or November, I honestly can’t remember. I’m tired of using birth control, I just want to feel like myself again. I hope my period comes!

You never get rid of PCOS, even though I had a full hysterectomy. I get discomfort and vaginally cyst. It still in the blood stream. This is the best thing I have ever taken this powder. Day 2 cyst gone. Please bring it back, the powder. Please makers this is a gold mine. It gave me good moods, no pain and helped my daughter Pcos. Nothing can match it

My go to supplement. Cycle isn’t regular yet but symptoms have improved greatly.

Completely flavourless which is amazing, it is great for me because I hate taking pills. Yet to see if it actually works for my pcos symptoms but so far so good! Only downside is you do need 2 scoops a day if you want to reach the recommended 4000mg dosage. I’ve signed up for subscriptions to get it every month but not sure if the tub will last a whole month due to it being on the small side.
