I use this shampoo to keep my Brazilian blowout longer. Using this shampoo keeps the product in your hair longer because it has no sulfates or salts. It can feel a little thick, but you can dilute it with a little water, and that will extend the life of the product.

I will never use anything else
I made the mistake of trying this shampoo years ago in a sample and now cant use anything else. It makes my hair strong and soft. I have very long, thick, curly, coarse hair that is full of frizz. I use a blow dryer on high heat as well as a curling iron. My hair is soft and healthy, a little bit goes a long way, and it is the only shampoo I can get away with using without conditioner. I wish they'd make a perfume out of the smell of this stuff.

The description says serum but it’s the SHAMPOO…I’m super annoyed about this, I LOVED the serum but I did not want the shampoo! Reading otter reviews there are the same comments from a YEAR ago…

El shampoo no es nada especial. No deja sensación de limpieza, y tampoco se siente muy suave. He usado el shampoo Brasil Cacao por algo menos que un año. Decidí cambiar y probar este shampoo pero la verdad no me gustó el resultado. No lo volvería a comprar.
