When receiving this product It was defective but I give this company kudos cause not only did they refund my money they sent a very nice message apologizing for the defect. I have bought and returned a few things on amazon but never had a company reach out with an apology letter. So thank you so much you made my day.

After the first use attachments did not stay on so product was useless.

I really like the idea of a dryer and styler in one. Makes it much easier However there is definitely a learning curve if you’re trying this type of hair dryer for the first time. You have to be patient and make certain you section the hair or it will tangle! But since this was only $20 on sale it’s a great way to learn. And when you master it, it does work.

The merchandise was too big to use for my short hair.

I never received this product. I had to order it again and when I ordered it again, I got it and it was defective and burned my fingers. It was returned fully no problem, but I never was refunded for the one I never got. Can this be addressed please. I wish this product would have worked and worked well on my hair except it got too hot to hold and started to make a burning smell so I had to return it but the fact that I didn’t get the first one that I ordered, but it does not look like I got it returned. Could someone please get back to me on this thank you

Unfortuntate I was unable to replace brush, it would not release. It got too hot and then stop working. I want a travel brush to take with me but it was not dual voltage which I thought it stated in specs.
