When my baby has a cough, I rub this all over his chest and back. The scent is not too overpowering but it is enough to do the job for him to breathe in. It does not irritate the skin and the size is enough because a little goes a long way.

It’s great to rub on their back, chest or even a little blanket to put near their crib. It’s so easy to use and smells like Vicks. It is a bit sticky but rubs in easily. 10/10 value for money too!

Works great for blocked nose!
Definitely helped my 2 year old when her nose was blocked. Will always use this in cold season. Only negative is smell doesn't seem to last very long, but effective enough to help get to sleep.
