I’ve worn these socks all winter. They are lightweight yet keep me warm. Great for my active on the go lifestyle but also stylish and jazz up my work out outfits.

I took some pictures of the side view of the socks so you can see how thick the fabric is on the socks. Not as thick as wool socks, but for cotton socks they're heavier than most athletic socks. I'm not into the retro look and opted for the standard blue, gray, white, and black socks with the simple two stripes.There is a little bit of compression around the arch portion and the top of the socks, the composition according to the product page is 30% cotton and 70% polyester, so they feel slightly warmer to me than straight cotton socks. I can't tell how well they breathe from sweat as it's still winter and chilly so my feet don't sweat that much in the cold. The socks stay up when you pull them up and don't slide the calf, I expect with the high polyester content 70% they won't lose their elasticity very fast with wear and washing. I like them during the cold weather because they do keep my feet a little warmer than my adidas or puma socks that have a thinner material.They slip on easily without too much pulling as they aren't compression socks and do have a high polyester content which seems to help them keep their form. I did a light test where I hold the sock next to a light and check if I can see the light through the socks and nope it blocks most of the light from lamp. They fit nicely and feel like a quality sock that are plush and warm.

Medium is a good fit for size 7. Moisture-wicking performance has been very good for an active tween. The socks have held up well for about a month's worth (so far) of regular wash and dry.

I ordered this 4 pack hoping to gain some new socks. Instead my children and wife chose 3 pairs they liked because they were all different and now I am left with the one pair no one choose (the 3 yellow stripe) Anyway these socks are great, super comfy, stretchy, and the 3 band is such a classic look that gives me nostalgia for the old days. Even better if you could get a matching sweatband and neon sunglasses. Great pack of socks, would recommend!

The only thing I wish is that these were Quarter cut. Crew cut are sometimes a bit much, but great for athletic activities.Overall these are well made and plenty of material used. The cushioning is thick and luxurious is the word that comes to mind.The construction is very solid and they hold up to activity and washing/drying.They look great, feel great, are made great, they are an easy 5 star rating.
