Legends Series Jean Grey, X-Men ‘97 Collectible 6-Inch Action Figure

Absolutely love the figure, came in a timely fashion and it’s worth every single penny! As a Jean Grey super fan this will be a perfect addition to my growing collection! The details are amazing and the articulation and movement is smooth. Totally worth it!

This is the most updated version of Jean Grey. The body has a good shape. Pinless body with great articulation. The face reminds me of Katy Perry for some reason, but it is a great face sculp. My favorite so far for Jean Grey. It has personality and it doesn't look generic lile previous versions of her. The hair is exactly like the '97 season, so don't expect the full hair from previous versions, butbit it looks cool on hair. The straight hair has 70s vibes, and the ponytail has 90s vibes that I really like. The only complaint is that the yellow parts of the suit should have been more flesh/skin color like it is in the cartoon and in the comics, but this is something they never get right anyway, otherwise, great figure.

Has a nice set of head sculpts, fits in nicely with rest of the X-Men figures from this line.

I have figures of Jean Grey as Marvel Girl and as the Phoenix. These figures are better-looking than my earlier figures of Jean in the orange / yellow and blue costume. This latest Hasbro figure that is being reviewed is my best Jean Grey so far. It The costume looks right and the sculpting is well done. It doesn’t look very detailed but it captures the look of the Jean Grey in the X-Men animated series of the mid-1990s. The figure comes with an alternative head. My other Jean Grey figures have been disappointing except for a 3.75 inch figure by Hasbro that looks quite a lot like this latest figure. Photo 1 – Jean Grey in her Retro-Card pack Photo 2 - Jean Grey in her retrocard pack alongside a Toy Biz doll and a Toy Biz 5 inch figure in a silly psoture with no leg articulation. Both the doll and the 5 inch figure do not do justice and poor Jean has a mean-looking face – more like a villain than a heroine. Thankfully, this latest Jean Grey by Hasbro is pretty. Photos 3 and 4 – A choice of two heads – one with a pony-tail and the other with flowing loose hair. Two heads are better than one. 5 étoiles pour l'article, 1 étoile pour la qualité de l'emballage, 1 étoile pour le transport qui a détruit le blister. Quand on est le genre de collectionneur qui ne déballe pas ses figurines, on tient à ce que le blister soit en parfait état. Dans mon cas, le fait que ce soit emballé dans une simple enveloppe cartonnée me pousse à retourner cette figurine que je cherchais depuis longtemps à un prix raisonnable. Cette enveloppe n'a pas protégé l'article du transport et maintenant le blister est éclaté sur plusieurs endroits. Je retourne l'article dès que possible.
