Bought for 18 yr old female uniform and it's too short.

What I was looking for
I used this for a Halloween costume of the trainer from Pokemon Violet. It was a really good length for women, not too long like a man's torso, and decent quality. I usually have sensory issues with things around my neck but with it on the loosest setting it didn't bother me. Overally, great!
