My son got a battery operated Traxxas Rc car when he was 6 and loves it to this day. Fast forward 10 years. I get him this nitro car and he is still in love! I couldn’t help him start it for the first time so I gave him the Traxxas customer support number and told him to call them if he got stuck. He called 2 times and both times got lots of help advice above and beyond what he was asking. He came in talking about customer service on a first name basis. Great product, company and customer service!

Works great but not good on jumps
Tire teared apart and part of the exhaust bent and came off the engine. Now I can’t put it back on
