This tutu is so bright and glittery, but it doesn't shed at all! I love that the shimmer is incorporated into the fabric. The waistline is covered with a satiny material and it's very stretchy. The skirt is long enough to be pretty and short enough to not trip my baby when she crawls. I love that I can pop it on over any outfit.

Cute skirt my 5 month old wore it for marching in a Memorial Day parade in DC don’t like that glitter was everywhere took about a month for me to get it out her travel stroller system otherwise good price material wasn’t too bad
