I pretty much got exactly what I paid for. I recently bought these wrist straps for my new Sony ZV-1 camera (which btw didn't come with a strap). I was pretty stoked to get these considering they were cheap, came in a pack of three, and was gonna be delivered the next day. I also read pretty promising reviews. I put one on (the blue one) and the strap seemed pretty secure, and again, promising! Until I actually put it to its real test... I took it out today to a vineyard to take some videos with my ZV-1, and photos with my other camera. Somewhere in between swapping my two cameras for photos/videos, the loop portion that connects to the ZV-1 itself, broke. It wasn't even stuck on anything. I was holding the camera, the wrist portion around my wrist of course, and I dropped the ZV-1 out of my hand to grab my other camera, and that's when the thin cord snapped. Thankfully it was still looped around the camera hole tightly and didn't just fall to the ground, damaging my entire camera or else I would have been pretty livid. I can't really complain because it was only $5 and there are two other straps in the package, but now my concern is if I'll be that lucky again, or if my camera might be taking a risk by falling to the ground if it happens again. Regardless, I'm sure if you are using this strap to hold something lighter than the ZV-1 (294 g), you'll be more than okay. But I would be extremely weary if you decide to use it to hold something that is of equivalent/more weight.... Definitely don't rely on this to hold up your "DSLR" despite its claim stating, "Adjustable wrist straps fit for cell phone, DIGITAL CAMERA, USB flash thumb drive, keychain, ID badge Holder, name tag, DSLR and other portable items." Please for the love of all things good in this world, do not be using these flimsy hand straps for your precious dslr. Get yourself a neck strap or a padded hand strap because you might not be as lucky as I was...

UPDATE:I’ve used these straps about 18 months and only one started to fray. I’ve replaced them - but am really thrilled at how they’ve held up.I cannot believe how tough these straps are! I have them on my dog training device that I keep on my all day every day. I’ve had them for almost 9 months - no sign of wear. HIGHLY recommend.

i particularly like the fact that you can cinch the strap to the size of your wrist for extra security...a lot of other lanyards do not offer that. No more worries about dropping phone from high altitude or into water or from moving vehicles. Highly recommend.

I must admit, I like them. They are really easy to grab on to, and the different colors are great--especially since I use the same brand of flash drive. I just wish they came in more colors (hint, hint).

I love using wrist straps for my phones. The straps have prevented plummeting to the ground on many daily and travel occasions. The strap on my old S6 ripped after many years. So I ordered this 3-pack. So far very happy with it. My new S9 has a Ringke strap which came with the case. This 3-pack appears comparable in material, craftsmanship, and hopefully durability to the Ringke one.

I bought these to save my USB flash drives. They are very strong and well made too. The colours are usually nice, but this time, it was all red or nothing! Very satisfied! A+
