MRM Whole Food Organic Fiber with Enzymes & Prebiotics - 32 Servings

Tasteless and blends so well in smoothies, that’s all I really add it to- have bought this more than once. It works great to fight constipation

So, I put half a scoop in my coffee every morning. Keeps me regular. It doesn't change the flavor of my coffee at all. But as I get down to the bottom 1/3 of my cup I have to swirl my coffee around as there is some settling of the fiber on the bottom of my cup though it is minimal.

I have been using one scoop of this product daily to increase by fiber intake. I add it to water or to a protein drink, and it tastes fine but is a little bit gritty tasting. I tried adding it to my coffee once and did not enjoy the way it tasted with the coffee. Other than that I am enjoying this product and I feel like I am getting the benefit I was hoping for.

I would give this fiber supplement five stars if not for the icky flavor. I love that it’s organic and contains soluble and insoluble fiber. I don’t love the taste. It kinda reminds me of drinking dirt or rotting fruit.

This has been great, my 10 year old son and I use it and I love it. It doesn't hurt my stomach, and is very effective! The taste isn't horrible either- we stir into almond or coconut milk.

So I will say that I started this stuff after having used a much higher end (and expensive) fiber supplement for about six months. I DO prefer that more expensive fiber, BUT this is is literally like a quarter of the price, and I just can't justify the extra cost right now. It seems to work about the same as the other stuff, but I don't love how this dissolves compared to the other stuff (it just takes more work). However, it DOES dissolve once I use my coffee frother. Also, unlike the more expensive fiber, it never settles to the bottom and becomes that gummy texture. So, once it dissolves, it dissolves, which is great. Zero taste, that I can tell. So, I have to say that I do recommend this stuff.

Why does it have to be sour? It mixes better than the garden of life stuff but the taste is very hard to get over. I just wish my old fiber supplement didnt get discontinued because the company got bought out by Nestlé. I forgot to add that this fiber also doesnt seem to have the insoluble fiber content like the last stuff either.

I've purchased MRM Wholefood Organic Fiber multiple times. It mixes well into my protein shake, without thickening the texture, and it doesn't affect the flavor. It dissolves well and it doesn't have the grainy texture that other fiber supplements have. It doesn't have weird ingredients and it comes with a measured scoop so it's easy to use.

It causes stomach issues every time I took it i would throw up and have diarrhea and extreme stomach ache

Haven’t noticed any difference after a month of use.

Not the best tasting but works effectively and gently

Taste: good, action on constipation: good. Only drawback to me: doesn't dissolve in cold liquids and water. Otherwise 5 starts.

Good source of fiber
