Bonito flakes are the ultimate cat treat! I can't imagine a cat that can resist them. Bonito flakes are my two cats favorite treat and they remind me quite loudly if I forgot to give them their bonito treat before bed. Huey P. Long and Wu Tang never get tired of the bonito flakes as they do other cat treats and there is nothing bad in the bonito flakes as there are in many of the commonly found cat treats. These are just flakes of bonito, nothing else added, so you know your cat is getting a safe and healthy treat. I had read on Amazon Reviews that you can purchase bonito flakes at the Asian grocery stores cheaper, so I tried that once but I noticed there was added salt...not good for my kitties and went back to CATMANDOO. The price on Amazon is very good compared to specialty pet food shops and well worth it for my precious kitties! It also lasts a long time ! The seller packed the bags well, so that the flakes arrived in very good condition.

My cat usuallyloves this stuff (as long as it is fresh and not pulverized). It makes giving his pill sooo much easier, because he knows that he well get his treat after swallowing his pill. I deducted one star (and thought about deducting two) because of Amazon's shipping and quality control. As another reviewer noted, shipping this in an envelope (as Amazon often does) is like shipping potato chips in an envelope. And if it arrives all crumbs, my cat doesn't want it. Even worse, unless you time your orders carefully, they will ship it with other items, which can crush it. I recently ordered a case of Fancy Feast. I carefully waited several days before ordering Cat Man Doo, so that they would not ship the two together. Then today I got a message that the cat food was delayed, and hey! Lo and behold! It was now going to ship with the Cat Man Doo. I had to cancel the whole order, because shipping Cat Man Doo with a heavy case of cat food would be disaster. A second complaint I have is that the freshness varies widely. Sometimes it is fresh and pliable, which is how my cat likes it. Other times, it is dried out even when I first open the bag, and he is a lot less enthusiastic.

All 3 of my cats love this product my only issue is now they want it every morning

I use a pinch on top of their wet cat food and as a supplemental snack, occasionally. They go nuts for this product!! I have to make sure it's sealed shut and placed on the highest shelf in my pantry ... Otherwise they'll find it and I'll come home to Fish flakes everywhere!!
