Natural way to heal
I have been practicing Barbra O'Neil's teachings and I love the book. I'm not a Big Pharma fan. This book is very informative. I'm glad I purchased it.

Covers the basics of a healthy lifestyle plus extras
This is a guide to holistic health. I addition to food, it covers many aspects of healthy living. What I loved the most was the writing style. The author has a beautiful writing style with cohesiveness, which covers historical information as well as current science for health and wellness. I read a lot of books, and the rich and harmonious style that is this writers voice is stunning and easy to read.

What a piece of garbage
I hate when people rip off other peoples work and try to profit from it. Not only is it a rip off, but it sucks as well. The book is filed with empty words as if written with bad AI.Returned immediately

Nothing special
This book really is nothing special. It’s a beyond basic health book. I who know the basics of health wanted something a little deeper. I didn’t like that it was written by someone who has just researched Dr Barbara. I felt like I was getting the health advise from the author and not Dr Barbara. But they are using her name for the book. Take my advise and skip this one. Too basic and vague.
