Truly letterbox sized
I really really love these.Firstly, the size - each pack is roughly A4 paper size and around 40 - 60mm wide. All three together fit easily through my letterbox, assuming these are the only things you order otherwise they'll end up with your other purchases in a bigger box.Very generous best before dates on these, they will last you quite some time should you not want to gorge on these for whatever crazy reason.The meats all looked delicious, no signs of anything off-putting (discoloration etc) - all were perfectly preserved in their packaging.The flavours were amazing - each one was distinct and extremely moreish - I had finished off the Beef within minutes with a few slices of cheese. All three were not very salty, and not very strong smelling, just perfect to snack on.My parents absolutely love these and to my dismay, helped themselves to the Salami when I was out of the room.Forget the generic stuff you find in supermarkets - this is what you should be buying!

This delicious trio of cured meats shows all the signs of being aged and handled with care, ticking all the boxes for what I seek when perusing gourmet delicacies at my local shop.The colour is a deep, rich red for the beef and naturally pinkish for the ham and salami, with the fat exhibiting no discolouration or off-putting hues.In terms of aroma, they have a rich, savoury scent with hints of nuttiness and earthiness. It is an enticing aroma, not too overpowering or sour.When it comes to taste, each variety has its own distinctive flavour, which I particularly value for its absence of overpowering saltiness or smokiness.I particularly relish the beef, seasoned with a pastourma spice mix, marinated in red wine, then oak-smoked and air-dried. It bursts with complex aromatics and mouth-watering flavours.The salami offers a slightly firm texture with a satisfying chewiness, while the beef and ham are tender.The generous best-before dates are as follows:Beef - 10th July 2025Salami - 3rd June 2025Ham - 3rd June 2025All in all, these perfectly cured meats deliver rich, savoury, slightly smoky flavours, with a harmonious blend of seasonings, creating well-balanced flavour profiles.I am also enamoured with the idea of letterbox delivery and will certainly be ordering more, as well as recommending it to others.
