I've tried a lot of protein powders, but this one really stands out. The mix of plant-based protein and creatine gives me exactly what I need for muscle recovery and strength, without the usual bloating or heaviness.It blends smoothly with water or almond milk and actually tastes great—no weird artificial aftertaste. WOW! I’ve been vegan for over 11 years and have tried every plant based protein but this one flys high above them all! I never usually buy vanilla (big chocolate gal here) but I needed something more neutral to bake with. This golden vanilla tastes like the best vanilla birthday cake you’ve ever eaten! I’ve noticed a big difference in my workouts, recovery, and overall muscle building just in the month that I’ve been using it too. This is the first creatine I’ve had and I couldn’t be happier. In the past I’ve had some digestive issues with other brands like Kachava because of the high amount of fiber I consume with a vegan diet. Not with Birdman! The lack of fiber was something that concerned me at first but it’s actually been the best thing for me. It has lower sodium, sugar, and nearly twice the protein I was getting with Kachava and at a better price! I am 100% a Birdman woman now! My favorite way to enjoy this is with 1/2 cup almond milk, two frozen bananas and one scoop of powder in a bowl topped with berries and hemp seeds. Try it and thank me later y'all<3

Originally made with water and was gross. The second time I used a blender and almond milk made it taste amazing. DEFiNATELY gross and gritty and chalky before I used the blender. Container seems huge but so is the scoop you use. He said he felt like this made his workout out more comfortable and last a little longer.

Got the vanilla one (haven’t tried the chocolate yet) it tastes great and I am thankful for the added aminos. I blame the creatine for minimal tummy rumbles a little bit after eating it but it’s not bad at all and is unobtrusive. I still take extra creatine because I’m not sure how effective it is just having it mixed in. The flavor is smooth and I’ve used it plain, but mostly use it with frozen fruit, my added vitamins, and water post workout. Great for macro counting and good quality. It’s not grainy at all and blends really well. I haven’t tried baking with it yet since it’s more expensive (but definitely worth it) I try to save it for smoothies. It is sweet, but not overly so and can be used by itself if needed. Would recommend to vegan athlete friends.

After consuming shakes with Whey Isolate protein for years, I wanted to try something different. Also, since I never tried a protein that comes with creatine, I decided to try Birdman’s Falcon Performance Protein. After trying it for a few days, I can say this will be my go-to post-workout protein.Don’t let the Plant-Based label deter you. The Choco Bronze flavor tastes great mixed with water and/or milk, and is great to add to a smoothie of your liking. A huge positive is the Recovery Blend. I felt an immediate difference consuming this after a tough workout, not feeling any soreness, and even had a boost of energy. I tried another it another day after another tough workout, and it yielded the same results.Another great thing about this protein is that it is free of Soy, Gluten or Dairy, so it’s a great product to try if you have trouble due to a condition or looking to eliminate those from your diet.As far as cons are concerned, there’s only minor ones. First, you will have to mix very well if you want that great taste. Lastly, take great care using the powder, as it can lead to a bit of a mess if you’re not careful.There’s a lot to like with Falcon Performance Protein. It’s a great product that can help build muscle, and your purchase goes toward a great cause. If you’re looking to try something different, you won’t be disappointed.

To be honest, this was not my favourite tasting plant-based protein powder. I did not enjoy it, but I could drink. My sister, on the other hand, enjoys it. Aside from the taste and smell, the quality seemed pretty good

I just tried this for the first time and my first impression is that this is wonderful. The flavor is good and true to the vanilla like it says. It’s INCREDIBLY smooth, the smoothest vegan protein powder I’ve ever had. 10/10 in terms of texture.My only grievances are that with this fine texture means that the powder is also incredibly fine. It blew up when I opened the bag and drifted out everywhere because it’s basically dust particles. It makes me sneeze when I open it and I hate knowing that my $70 powder is going to waste. That’s my second issue. $70 pains me. Quality is quality, though. I haven’t found a good vegan protein like this yet, so overall I would recommend this product.

It's fine. Drinkable when mixed with water as directed, nothing else... even then, it has a very dust forward flavor. Slight hint of chocolate-ish taste, would be an overstatement.That being said, it's protein. Gets the job done. Thumbs up
