These are THE best food storage containers I have ever had. I have had Tupperware, Rubbermaid, off-brands, and the latest just prior to these were those glass containers with the four sides that you have to snap/lock in place. They were the absolute worst. Most of the time my husband or I would leave one side unlocked because if you didn't get all four sides perfectly lined up, they would NOT lock. And the covers with the four locking tabs sticking out were just a pain-in-the butt to store. 😛 THESE glasses storage containers are the best for several reasons. They are glass and therefore food-safe! They are glass, so you can easily see what's inside. The lids are SUPER easy to secure. And to take them off - oh my goodness - just open (easy!) the little vent on the lid and you could probably lift them off with your little finger. When empty, they nest for easy and minimal storage space. When full, you can stack them - also space-saving. And the lids, when storing don't have those annoying snap sides flapping all over and making a mess of my cover drawer. I haven't had them long, but they seem very durable. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend for your own use or gifting!

We've had these for ten months, and they are some of the best food storage containers I've ever owned. The borosilicate glass is super sturdy and allows us to put them into the microwave, oven, or freezer with equal ease. We've had no problems with mold at all, the seals have stayed tight and leak-proof, and it's all super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I'm so pleased that they're making more and in more sizes. We plan to try out some of the new sizes and see how well they work with our kitchen!

Hands down, one of my top favorite purchases from Amazon. Truly glass and silicon containers with vents. Unless the government comes out 30 years later saying that to microwave silicon is poisoning us, I am happy. No more plastic. These are nice! If you have been looking for an alternative to plastic, then you will like these. The lid pops into the glass. You have to push it in well, and the glass lid holds well for me. Now, don't go trying to turn these things upside down now. I can't speak on whether the lid holds while the containers are upside down, but these are nice. I bought the 50 and 87 ounce containers. The 87 ounce containers definitely hold enough leftovers. The 50 ounce are great for the partner that wants a good portion of food for work. Thumbs up for me.

The quality of these is nice, but some of the lids don't fit well.

Note: this product is the image on the right of the side by side images. Pyrex on the left. Pros: 1. Better for environment. Better for health. 2. Offers the biggest size of any of the well-known glass food storage companies. Holds slightly more than the Pyrex equivalent which claims to be 11 cups but is not (closer to 10 cups). 3. The edges are as thick as the Pyrex ones which it didn't look like till I put them side by side (probably was originally an optical illusion online, from lighter color). 4. Sleek and attractive - no obnoxious colors - and kinda ASMR experience touching, tapping, stacking, opening and closing. ;) It's refreshing to have lids that are so flat and without bulky (and sometimes challenging) clips that take up more space when stored separately. 5. Like Zwillig Fresh and Save vacuum containers in a way because air really does escape and get sealed out, only without all the hubbub. 6. Really doesn't leak if sealed as recommended (open plug, put on lid, press down to let air out, close plug) - even the biggest size held in water when inverted. My husband shows this in the pics. He also did it with the Pyrex with the flat lid (no clips) and needless to say the water fell out. Not a fair comparison unless you compare the thinness and lack of bulkiness about both their lids. 7. While they recommend top rack only in dishwasher, this is the same recommendation by all other glass food container companies as well, due to the heating element in most dishwashers. However, if your dishwasher has a china and crystal (gentle) setting they can go on the bottom rack or if your dishwasher is a Miele or similar (uses evaporation to dry) you probably won't even need to use the gentle setting. 8. It's nice to be able to keep the lids on in the microwave by unplugging the vent. 9. Woman-owned! 10. Looks like several companies are moving in this direction meaning all glass with some silicone. So far, this one seems to have good reviews and fewer returns Cons or possible cons: -Made presumably in china -No storage capacity listed on the containers (would be nice, though not super important). -while leak-free and good seal created using water, I haven't tested with maximum amount of food yet (will edit after I do) -Still new enough product and without enough reviews so no telling yet how the silicone will hold up including against mildew. Also how the plug/vent will hold up (will they offer replacement parts including replacement lids?). Also not sure customer service is good.

Great replacements for the round Anchor Hocking storage sets that were so popular many years ago. These are so much better, in shape and design, allowing stacking in the fridge and way better space management due to the rectangular shape. The lids seal very nicely and can go from fridge to microwave. They also don't warp when heated. The heating vent holes are brilliant and double to help keep the contents fresher, longer. Nice set sizes, check them out, don't forget the bigger sizes. You will be really glad you upgraded to these containers!!

EDIT: I am changing to 4 star due to customer service, but I am extremely happy with the product itself. The company welcomes emails from customers but they have not responded to my email request to buy just the largest size. Even if the answer is no, I would appreciate a response especially when they are welcoming us to contact them. But the quality of the product itself I would stand by my 5 star review. OG: I really want the option to buy just the largest size on its own, and I would love if the company would make an even larger size for me. I havent tested them out much yet, so I will update if there are changes, but so far after washing them (dishes and lids) in the dishwasher with heat dry and using them in the fridge they are perfect for what I needed. When you click the lids in, there is a "whoosh" sound giving you confirmation of a tight seal. Im really happy with the purchase and they are very attractive in my fridge!
