Leifheit 82002 Rotary Dryer Linomatic 600 Deluxe

Received this clothes dryer on December 3, 2011 and when we opened the packaging the lines wouldn't stay extended when you pulled the rope. Closer inspection revealed that the release mechanism was so tight that it wasn't allowing the lines to lock extended, the latch was already being pushed to release. First contact was with German office on December 4, and they offered condolences, referred me to American office in N.Y. and assured me they would take good care of me. I contacted N.Y. office and waited two weeks. Second contact I copied email to German office. German office responded right away that although they couldn't help, the USA office would. It's been almost a month now and the second contact has had same response as first from N.Y. office - nothing. I've since removed the release mechanism and am using the outdoor clothes dryer and it works well. Seems to be well built, but I sure hope I don't need any customer support from the manufacturer on this one. ................................................................................. As you can see, I had some problems in the beginning. During Christmas-New Years Holidays I was contacted by a representative of New York office. He apologetically explained how their computer security software was being too restrictive and not allowing legitimate customer emails through, so they had not been getting my complaints. The Leifheit Company offered reparations beyond my expectations and have followed through on all of their promises. I've said all along that the product was extremely well built and should last and last. Now with customer Support as I have experienced they should go far in this country of more discerning consumers who are looking for alternatives to inferior products made in China.

We have been using the Leifheit Rotary for about 6 weeks. It is a great product. Very easy to open and close. We have dried 4 loads from a large capacity top loader at the same time. The outer lines are long enough to hold a queen size flat sheet without folding. The only problem was with the Amazon listing. It states that a screw-in ground peg is included but the dryer came with the base that must be set in concrete. However, we were credited the difference in cost and ordered a screw in base. With the screw-in base setup took about 30 minutes including getting the pole set square.

I have been hanging clothes outside for over 30 years, and leave it to those clever Germans to design and build the best tool for the job. Easy to use, takes care of issues like dirty tangled lines. Nicely balanced and looks like yard art when closed. Linomatic 600 Deluxe...where have you been all my life?

This is my second leifheit Linomatic (lost the first to a greedy ex husband!) and it is worth every penny. They work smoothly, the lines stay clean and they last forever.

Die Wäschespinne ist spitze! Lässt sich sehr leicht öffnen und schließen! Bin hoch zufrieden. Ich habe viiiiel zu lange überlegt und mich leider von den negativen Bewertungen beeinflussen lassen, von wegen Höhe, wackeln usw. ....?! Die Höhe ist perfekt (meine Körpergröße ist 170 cm), die Größe der Spinne auch und ich habe mir eine Gartenhülse gekauft, für den Rasen. Die Spinne dreht sich schön und ist suuuper standhaft. Habe alles durchforstet was es so an Wäschespinnen gibt, aber bin immer wieder auf die Leifheit gekommen und da ich sie jetzt habe kann ich reinen Gewissen nur sagen: Meine Kaufempfehlung! Mein Tip: Das Poresta-Sicherungskopfteil vom Transport aufbewahren, nach dem Schließen wieder "darauf" setzen - so lässt sich die Wäschespinne besser zum transportieren wieder ins Gartenhaus / Keller / Garage / etc. stellen. - dann wackelt nichts, alles sitzt genau wieder starr wie vorher (kann man sich jetzt nicht vorstellen, aber wenn man sie hat, weiß man was ich meine) Lieben Gruß :))

Prodotto eccezionale. Ottimo nella costruzione e ancor di piu' nel funzionamento. Si apre con facilita' estrema anche da una donna. Estremamente efficace. Soldi spesi bene.

Seit August steht diese Wäschespinne nun bei uns auf dem Grundstück, ich bin sehr begeistert kein Schmutz an der Leine durch das automatische einziehen der Leinen dies funktioniert einwandfrei, dem entsprechenden sind die Leinen auch immer trocken. Es erleichtert einfach alles. Wirklich top!!! Die Leinen hängen auch nicht durch nach mehrmaligen nutzen. Das auf und zu machen ist kinderleicht und geht quasi von selbst wenn man entsprechend den " Knopf" betätigt Nut minimaler Kraftaufwand. Durch die mitgelieferte Bodenhülse ist der Artikel perfekt und vollständig. Es passen soooo viele Maschinen drauf noch dazu sind Vorrichtungen integriert für Bügel selbst wenn es windig ist halten diese gut.
