Buyer BEWARE
Buyer BEWARE! These break when you cook them per the directions on the box. The ONLY reason I gave one star is because they taste ok.

Good as the only fiber protein option I’ve found
These are good but the brand is the most expensive pasta on the market so I now prefer Carbe Diem, which also tastes identical to normal pasta. But in particular, I also found the lasagne sheets harder to cook than the other fiber gourmet products. If you need lasagne sheets, they may be your only option. In general, ALL Fiber Gourmet and Carbe Diem are best when cooked way longer than the package calls for. Like 25 minutes or more to make them taste exactly the same as regular pasta. Both are fiber/protein so they will take in a bit of added water and make the 110 cal serving look a little bigger. Pasta doesn’t need oil ever, just put it in the strainer and it will NOT stick together. The pan is easier to clean. I make a full box or two then freeze them in portion servings and just fully thaw then microwave and they’re perfect. For these, boil them WAY longer then recommended and if you’re making the viral lasagne soup, these were delicious in it…but boil the pasta most of the way FIRST because they really stuck together and I had to remove them and unstick them before continuing. The next time I made it, I was more careful and boiled them close to done first.

Delicious, excellent replacement
I bought these to try out on a whim. They are flat with no crinkle edging. They boiled weird. I highly recommend putting on sheet in at a time , when I put a stack in they fused together. But when I dropped them in one at a time they boiled nicely. Don’t drain them to dry before layering because again they fused together. When I allowed them to float they did much better. They baked like a full carb noodle, no off taste, they did not get firmed up or to squishy. And they tasted like a normal lasagna noodle in my baked lasagna dish. I highly recommend giving these a try if you’re looking for an alternative to traditional lasagna noodles.

Taste wonderful
The taste is amazing and 1 box made a good size lasagna. I used an 8x8 pan and fed a family of 6 with just 1 box. Very easy directions on the back of the box and I felt very full after eating just a small piece. The box says cook for 10 minutes and then set on a flat surface. I only cooked mine for about 5 minutes and then assembly the lasagna and I cooked the whole thing for another 40 minutes in the oven on 400 degree F and it was very tasty. I really don't think u can beat the price and value of the product.

Not normal lasagna noodles.
Very tricky to cook. My first box ended up in the trash. Mt 2nd box I took the cooked past out of the water 1 noodle at a time and put in my pan. If you drain and rinse it they will stick together and be wasted.
