This is a decent digital thermometer. The quality is ok, but nothing special. It advertises as instant read but i've been using it for a while now and It takes a good minute or so to get a stabilized temp. I would buy again, especially at this price point.

Really good product. Reads temps very fast. Good for line work

One day I was BBQing salmon.. t worked the first time I used it. the second time it went to C and would not come back and then it just started getting dashes. I am tired of things working for 2 months and they just stopping. the readout was so nice while it worked

Used this item only twice and it has quit working — won’t even turn on. Very disappointed
