You.guus this is one of thee best things I did for me and my son! I preserved all his artwork i could fit and it works beautifully!!! However I get one thing stuck completely around the roller and could not get it off. I contacted Amazon and it was stull under manufacturer warranty and they sent me links to try and get it out my self but when I could not and a spindle fell off, I didnt know where it went or how to get it back together but they were so nice and helped me every step of the way! I finally got it off but i couldn't get the machine back together and they immediately fixed the issue and sent me a perfect one! I love the color and the customer service .. IMPECCABLE!!! SO VERY HAPPY WITJ THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT THE COLOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEST STRESSLESS SITUATION IVE HAD THIS YEAR!

This laminator has worked great and is a great deal for the price! It heats up quickly and I love having options as to what size laminating envelope/sleeve I can use. I also like that it houses a paper cutter (and a few other items I can't recall at the moment!) so you can cut out the things you laminated on the spot! I had one problem with a laminating envelope/sleeve getting stuck in the machine (It was not because of the laminator being subpar; I am pretty sure it was something I did wrong!) 6 or so months after I got it and Amazon told me to contact the company as it was past the 30 days return window. I emailed the company and they quickly responded with directions on how to fix the jam. The person I was in contact with was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this laminator for both quality and customer service.

This is my second time purchasing this laminator, and I have to say, it's an invaluable tool to have in the classroom for preparing various materials. It laminates quickly, which is ideal for my needs. However, I've had some issues with the first unit; it ran well at first, but eventually got stuck during a laminating session, causing some frustration. For my second laminator, I faced a different problem: while it turned on, it never heated up, rendering it unusable. Thankfully, I reached out to customer support and spoke with Marrin Lee, who was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation. They promptly assisted me in obtaining a new laminator, so now I'm on my third unit. So far, this new laminator is performing well, and I’m optimistic about its longevity. I plan to keep an eye on its performance in the coming months to see if it holds up better than the previous two. Overall, the convenience it provides in preparing classroom materials makes it worthwhile, despite the initial setbacks.

Like many Chinese-made products, the instructions left a lot to be desired, and the overall engineering felt a bit basic. That said, this laminator is straightforward enough to figure out without much hassle. It feels reasonably sturdy for its price point and worked perfectly right out of the box. The included paper cutter is excellent for single-sheet use—it’s sharp and precise. However, the corner rounder was a bit of a letdown. It barely softens the corners, and it feels like a missed opportunity in the design. With just a slight tweak in engineering, it could have easily offered multiple corner angles for more versatility. On the plus side, the compact footprint is great—it’s barely larger than a loaf of bread, making it easy to store or leave out without taking up much space. I do wish the power cord were a foot or two longer, but that’s a minor and very subjective gripe. The laminator arrived securely packaged and was incredibly easy to set up. Once I reviewed the instructions (which, surprisingly, were clearer than expected), I laminated my first item using one of the included pouches. The result? A perfectly smooth, professional-looking sheet. The rollers moved the pouch through evenly, with no bubbles or jams. One feature I absolutely love is the flip-top storage compartment—it neatly holds the paper trimmer, corner rounder, binding rings, and hole punch. The design is sleek, modern, and the purple color adds a fun pop that stands out from the usual office greys and blacks. Now, here’s the honest truth: I used to roll my eyes at people who owned personal laminators. I figured, why bother when I could just use the school’s machine once a month? But now that I have one of my own, I find myself laminating everything. As a social worker, this has been a game-changer. I can quickly preserve strategy cards and worksheets that I create with the kids, making our sessions more interactive and long-lasting. Setup is a breeze, and the warm-up time is under three minutes. The controls are intuitive, even if you've never used a laminator before. I’ve tried both hot and cold lamination modes, and both worked flawlessly. In short, this is a fantastic laminator for home or small office use—reliable, compact, and surprisingly fun to use. I highly recommend it.

UPDATE: Left the review & within a day I was sent a tracking number saying they sent us a new laminator. Still proceeding with caution as we try out the new one. The laminator worked great at first but did not last long. I plugged it in to let it warm up as usual, after a few minutes I heard a weird noise coming from the machine. The machine has smoke rolling out of it as if it was going to catch fire. I instantly unplugged the machine & took it outside just to be safe. I have been in contact with the company for about a week now on this issue. The only options they give me are to plug the machine back in to get a video of proof even tho it seems unsafe as the machine was literally smoking, a lot! While in contact with the company I took the laminator apart to verify that there was nothing jammed in the laminator that would cause it to do this- I even sent over the pictures showing that I had taken it apart to ensure there was nothing in there to cause it to do this. This evidence was still not enough for the company & they asked for a video of the machine running. I had to explain multiple times that we do not feel comfortable plugging it back into electricity from what happened last time- even on the cool setting I am not putting the risk of someone getting hurt or it starting on fire. This issue could have been easily resolved with the company as I was willing to do anything they needed for proof of the laminator besides plugging it into electricity and turning it on- just for a video. I hope this does not happen to anyone else & I would for sure never leave it plugged in while not in use. Hopefully the company handles situations different after this.

I use this laminator regularly. It’s such great quality and takes little time to heat up. It’s the best!

I do not recommend purchasing this laminator if you are in the UAE. The device is not compatible with the voltage used here, and this difference in voltage caused the machine to stop working properly after a very short time. It either does not heat up or completely stops functioning. Unfortunately, this makes the product unreliable and unsuitable for use in the UAE. Please check voltage compatibility carefully before buying.

Wow et wow! Pas bruyant, lamine no 1, pas de bulle, bien équipé

This is by far the worst and most dangerous product I’ve ever purchased. The lamination machine exploded and caught fire on the very first use, sending out smoke and sparks across my workplace. It almost caused a major disaster and could have seriously injured me — my face was just inches away when it burst. I followed all the instructions carefully, used it exactly as directed, and plugged it into a normal outlet. Within seconds, the smell of burning plastic filled the room, and the machine literally burst into flames. We had to unplug it immediately and use a fire extinguisher. This product is a serious fire hazard and should be removed from the market immediately. It’s completely unacceptable that something sold for office or school use could endanger lives like this. I’m warning everyone — do not buy this machine. It’s unsafe, poorly made, and could easily cause injuries or property damage. I’ll be reporting this incident to the manufacturer and consumer protection authorities.
