Happy
These snails 🐌 were in transit for a week. They were packed very good, everyone was alive. Plus got extra in case of DOA… Extremely impressive and I’m very happy 😊

long shipping time...not all snails alive
Seemed to take over a week to ship live snails... which already was concerning. The post says 10 trumpet snails and I got 13...however 4-5 were dead (the 5th one i'm almost sure of but swore it moved since it was in the tank, but after a few days he still hasn't moved from that spot). Shipping packaging was good but these snails were just in a wet paper towel i guess to keep from drying up but they weren't in water or anything. No note or instructions of any kind. I put them all in the tank one by one and some immediately started to move and take off (don't be fooled they're not fast). Others just stayed there which i assumed they were dead. I gave them a few days to acclimate but still some of the ones didn't move.

Package showed up late all the snail's are dead
Snail's arrived Late Dead snail's stinking, Water squished out of the plastic baggie's and left directly in the sun on the porch. This is disgusting...

All arrived alived.
They arrived a day early while we were gone and it was a very hot day. I thought they were all dead. But i went ahead and followed their directions. Within 15 minutes 9 of them were crawling around. I added those to my aquarium. A couple hours later the 10th one started moving. The reason for 4 stars is the packaging could be better for weather conditions.

Trumpet snails vs cold snap
Ordered 10 snails. They were shipped out on Sunday made it to Montana on Wednesday morning by 8 AM. Seven are quite alive, not sure about the other three, despite an 8 degree cold snap. They come in a padded envelope, triple bagged with a little piece of brown paper towel and about a 1/2 cup of water. Followed the instructions by putting them in a bowl with water from the tank they were going in and they were moving in less than an hour. Looks like they will be fine.Nice addition to our aquarium. After an hour they were all buried so they are great!
