Perfect for traveling and working on a plane
I usually dont buy refurbished but i had a specific need. I have doing alot of traveling and purchased a tablet with keyboard, huge problem, it does not lock in position and flops all around. I looked on amazon and found the Dell 7330 while its an older model it had everything i needed to work on the airplane. It just took its maiden trip and it was awesome. The size was perfect, had no issues with navagating speed at all. Battery lasted the complete trip. I got 3 hours of work completed that i normally would have not done. I did buy a good carry case to protect it when traveling, it fits right into my back back. For me this is a game changer

Bad battery / sticky keyboard buttons
I purchased this laptop in excellent condition, but after setting it up and downloading everything I needed, I noticed that the battery drains very quickly. Even after charging it fully, it never goes above 50%. I ran some tests to confirm this issue, and I’m very disappointed with the battery performance. also 2 keyboard buttons were sticky

No touchscreen, as advertised
The item shipped to me did NOT have touchscreen as advertised. The only good point was the Amazon agreed to take back the item immediately.

Good laptop but only 2.5 hour batter
The laptop works well, but the battery only lasts 2.5 hours. I purchased this laptop because the listing said 13 hour battery life. Too far apart from reality.

These are 2021 computers, not 2023. Also, these units are sold under different names.

This thing sucks
Do not get this mine came broken with a replaced battery for some reason telling me it wouldn't charge bc it didn't accept the battery froze as I tried to run diagnostics wouldn't let me cancel it or turn it off started making hissing noises so I unplugged the charger thinking it was going to implode probably leaking battery acid didn't check yet garbage do not buy hoping to get a FULL refund
