This is the perfect belt for both pants and dresses, easy to put on/take off (one of my annoyances with traditional belts is, when I really have to pee.. those extra seconds can feel like a lifetime!)I honestly might end up getting another one as a backup...

I got size medium, and I wear a women's size 6. It fits perfectly. I have options for the belt holes. The belt itself is very well made and is simple enough to wear casually, but also has enough in the belt buckle to dress up an outfit. I've worn with black pants and jeans. The belt buckle doesn't cut into skin and isn't overly bulky. I like how versatile it is. I wear more for fashion than function, but it did hold up my pants that tend to slide down when I sit. I find the width ideal for wearing in jeans, not too thin but not barely squeezing through the pant loops either.

This is a very nicely made belt and gives a very chic look to a pair of jeans. The leather is soft and smooth, and the belt buckle looks great. I'm a US size 6 or 8 depending on the brand, and I think I might've ordered a size up in hindsight. It fits, but then I don't have whole lot of wiggle room as far as extra length goes. The style is great, though, and it lends a bit of style and sophistication to a pair of jeans but would look good with trousers or a skirt, too. I find that I want to show off this belt, so tucking in my shirt or sweater even just at the front does just that. Overall, it's a well-made and stylish belt.

This Sam Edelman Women's Double-e Logo Plaque Buckle Jean and Trouser Belt is so beautiful. I love the buckle design and it feels like high-quality leather. I wear a size 8 in jeans and it fits perfectly with these mid-rise jeans, with no room to grow. If you're on the fence about which size, I suggest sizing up. The buckle looks so good with the "front-tuck" trend and I am very pleased with this belt.

I got the Sam Edelman black leather belt for my mom. It’s black and medium width. My mom is a true size 6 and size medium belt for her perfectly. She has room to grow or tighten it more, great fit. The quality of leather is nice, we will see how long it lasts. My mom really likes the buckle too. It’s small but something different still.

Size Medium is for roughly a 32.5 to 37" range (minus the bulk of your clothing) which I don't feel actually lines up to a realistic size 8-10 but more like a size 4, at least if you are going to wear this with pants. I suggest you measure where you usually wear a belt at on your abdomen or hips and then go with the closest size to that. I will only be able to wear this around my underbust area or slightly below (i.e. only with dresses, and not with pants).Ignoring the luxury brand factor, I think this should be priced at half this cost or less, it's cheaper mixed materials (partly real leather, partly plastic) and this type of belt, where you are punching a metal 'nail' into holes with small notches in them, tend to stretch out or tear pretty quickly in my experience. It does look better visibly as compared to a all plastic belt, which this type usually is, but is it six times better, I don't know.

This is a nice belt and priced accurately. I am a size 8 and roughly 32 inches in the waist. With jeans or a fabric beneath I’m more like 35. This fit me fine and comfortably. It actually hit just right to not have excessive belt hang so the belt lays flat against itself. It’s buttery soft in the interior and a nice leather exterior. I thought the buckle would be a shiny buckle but it’s actually very mute. This is not a complete disappointment as I think it looks surprisingly well.

A great belt and it's real leather! I recommend it, I should've gotten a size small but it's ok.
