Stopped working first day. Stuck on "Sorry unfortunately YouTube has stopped working "..Can't get past that.hit "ok" and it just pops up again. Reset button apparently does nothing. However, can't return because has my Gmail info..went into Gmail and tried signing out of all devices. .but this tablet still giving notifications of mail.. only gave a star because won't let me submit unless I put a star.Spent hours trying to fix this tablet stuck frozen on "Unfortunately YouTube has stopped".None of the suggested fixes worked. Finally after hours of fighting to get it to reset, hitting "Ok" and "Reset" over and over, I finally got it to reset 😩😨

Hi LLLtrade,I bought this item for daughters this year 2 of them thinking they are good. The screens frozen and never worked for one and the other on was overheating and packed up after 3 days. I have search ways of contacting you guys for screen replacement or I just throw them away. My daughters love and keep disturbing me on when I am going to fix these stuffs for me. Pls help my daughter with screen even if it means paying another money.Thank you.Clement

These are junk. A notification kept papping up every second that said "youtube has quit working." I'd hit okay and it would pop right back up. I found out how to reset it and did that 3 times and it still didn't work. It runs very slow and my kids hearts were broken that they had to send them back before even getting to play with them 😒

we have had nothing but trouble since was bought,freezes,touch screen does not respond well at all,battery does not last,have reset,updated ect. nothing helps,do not recomend this tablet at all

This is not durable at all. My son got a tiny bit of applesauce on the front of it and dropped it a couple times (inside the orange cover) and it wont function. Wont even turn on anymore and if it did turn on, it went to the android picture, could not factory reset or do any other function. Would not recommend .

The 1st tablet was defective so I had a replacement sent. The replacement arrived today not to long ago and jst taken out of the box when we go to charge it, the screen jst flashes but nothing comes on. Therefore I believe these tablets may be defective overall. Which is a disappointment because my son was really looking forward to having a tablet.

The surface is not clickable. I have not been able to use it.It hangs and I couldn't open to access content

Got it for Christmas for my grandson ad after 2 an a half months the screen went black ad was freezing up. Not worth the money. Did get Ins but it only covered dead on arrival which is bull cause l bought a 1 yr Ins...
