They are flexible bands that can be used to stretch your legs further. You can put your hands or feet in different parts to stretch. They feel like good quality and didn't break. You can also add these to your exercises as a sort of resistance band to add 'weight' to an exercise which makes it harder. Overall I think these are good value for money and fun to add to a Pilates workout.
