Brilliant
I love how quickly this worked. Was able to fall of to sleep quickly and without all the tossing n turning I usually have. I also found it useful in the day when I knew I was going to be in a possibly stressful situation for me. It was great at calming me down too and no one else had a clue I was anxious if that I was using it. My only negative is that the strap doesn’t seem to fit. It’s the length between item and the bit that goes over your hand that seems to be too short. It did fall off overnight but I didn’t know about if til next morning so not a buggy

This product design is defective, it *cannot* work effectively!
This product has been professionally examined by an Electronics expert. An important omission from this device is any feedback to the control circuitry to moderate current between the electrodes to a setpoint, so depending on body impedance the current flow through the body is entirely unregulated (except for the limiting resistor). This device is clearly an evolution of a competing unit, in terms of a better bipolar design, electronically adjustable voltage output, and a slightly more coherent user manual. As with the other model with smaller PCB, this device is severely limited by the voltage generation and storage into the capacitor, and is unable to provide continuous outputs to the electrodes, only being able to deliver short pulses of output, being more tCPS than CES. The ‘Microcurrent’ description on the packaging is still present with this model. Since the device has the electrodes extremely close together, it is unclear whether the electrical pulses it generates would travel any further through the body than the immediate area under the skin. The suggestion that holding the device near an earlobe can help the user sleep is preposterous given an electrical connection needs to be made for CES treatment to work.

Helps me relax but way over priced
I have struggled my whole life with really bad insomnia sometimes struggling to even get 2 or 3 hours a night even when completely exhausted and when I am asleep I cant stay asleep. I have tried virtually everything to help me sleep. While searching on amazon for sleep aids I came across this and it was completely different from anything I'd tried before so I just had to give it a go. I dont think this device truly helps me to sleep easier or better but it does help me to relax as the pulses in my hand take my focus away from whats going on in my head. I liked this one as it has the wrist strap so I dont drop it and loose it if I do fall asleep with it. Its easy to use. The sensation does take a bit of getting used to though but after a while you don't think about it as much. I just move it around in my hand and adjust the intensity until its comfortable. I find the intensity differs depending in which hand I hold it. Not sure if this is normal or if I'm weird or have something wrong with me though. The battery life seems quite good too. I think its definately very over priced for what it is but I do like it at the same time.

Great device
This device fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. I am very tall and over weight so was worried about the strap length after reading other review but it is perfect. The device is very easy to use, the instructions are basic because the device is basic. Just charge it and then once charged hold the on button. The pulse is gentle but you can easily turn it up by pressing the "+" button on top. It is a soft silicone which is nice and it's size means it's very portable. I am not a great sleeper but found this has helped me to drop off and helped me fall back asleep when I wake in the night (and because the strap I don't lose it)

Ok… until it stops working
It was ok…. While it worked. Got it by middle January, stopped working end of February. Seemed to be charging but is not switching on anymore. Unfortunately return window is closed. If you want to give micro-currents a tryp without spending a ‘fortune’, it gives you a flavour, for a short period of time… Unless I was unlucky enough to have a faulty one.

Quality and price
Still betting used to it as it's an odd sensation but I held it in an awkward meeting yesterday and my stress levels were far less than usual. I actually got it for my neighbours Autistic children to try but will have to order more!

It actually works
I saw a company on Facebook advertising their version of this but there was no way I was going to spend the money they wanted for it especially if it didn't work. This is exactly the same but costs less. It sends an electrical pulse through your hand, you can adjust the the strength of it to suit you I have trouble switching off due to ADHD. I also hate feeling my heartbeat when I am trying to sleep. This is a great distraction and found it great at helping me relax and fall asleep Well worth it

Useless!
First the built is cheap and does not scream high quality and second and most importantly; it does not work! Tried it many time and it does not help you sleep no mater how much you increased the level of pulses! Waste of money!
