I recently purchased a Beyond Hob and I’m really satisfied with the performance. The design looks premium and modern, perfectly matching my kitchen setup. The burners heat quickly and evenly, making cooking much faster and easier. The glass quality feels strong and durable, and cleaning the hob is very convenient. Installation was smooth, and overall the product gives great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, efficient, and reliable kitchen hob!

We are extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service experience from Beyond as well as Amazon. This was actually the THIRD time we ordered this product. The first two orders were never delivered by Amazon. The status kept showing “running delayed,” and after waiting for almost 5 days, it suddenly showed as “delivered,” even though we never received anything. We eventually had to cancel both orders. Finally, on the third attempt, we received the product — but the problems didn’t end there. Out of 4 burners, only 3 were provided, and all the pan supporters (stands) were completely rusted and in very poor condition. Thankfully, the Beyond technician noticed this during installation and assured us that all 4 stands and the missing burner would be replaced within 2–3 days. He specifically told us that there was no need to raise a complaint or replacement request with Amazon. However, after waiting 4–5 days and following up, the technician suddenly said his responsibility was over and asked us to contact his manager. When we spoke to the so-called Beyond manager, he simply told us to contact Amazon customer care and request a replacement instead. Thankfully, we were still within the replacement window, so we immediately raised the request. But the final shock came when the replacement arrived — instead of 4 pan supporters, we received only 2, and those too were broken. It literally looked like 2 stands broken into 4 pieces. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and exhausting. Very poor product quality, terrible service from Beyond, and highly disappointing support from Amazon as well. I had brought this hop top and it was delivered the next day, not only that but the installation was done in the next 72 hours. It's a great hop top and its really good for such price. The product is exactly as it is described in the description. Not only that but the timer function has helped me alot as someone who multi-task. I would 100% recommend this purchase.
