Trying to get an idea of how loud this thing is. What would you compare the noise level equivalent to?

These are about as loud as a lawn mower

Can you have it out in the rain?

The motor is enclosed and water-resistant and rated IP-44.

what material is the blower machine is it metal or plastic? is it noisy ??

The blower is made with plastic but has a metal fan blade. It generates a 2,100 CFM (cubic feet per minute) which is not super loud. You would want this at least 5ft to 7ft away from your storefront or customers to avoid any noise issues.

Attention getting and effective

These were bought to frighten birds from my father's small blueberry orchard. They worked like a charm! People all over our small town noticed and were so curious, haha. The birds noticed and flew somewhere else for dinner.
