really reflective - but also really big
I ordered this in a small - it may be good to go over a coat but it was uncomfortably big when running with it just over a tank top. I had to safety pin the tabs to get it small enough it didn't flop around but then the shoulders were still too wide. For reference - I'm 5'4" and 130lbs. It was super reflective and seemed well made - just way too big for me.

Great for running
This is great for the price. I feel much safer. It isn't restrictive at all.My daughter and I ran together, and as dusk approached, I gave her the reflective bands, joined them together, and she mad a waist belt. Voila! Both of us visible!
