This is been a game changer for me, I hav an autoimmune disease that they say attacks my acetylcholine receptor which is needed to keep my muscles working so they tell me I’m wrong but I find if I consume enough choline I make enough acetylcholine that I do not need to take the medication and mornings was my problem and finding an easy drink with choline has my morning muscles working making getting up and getting ready for the day so much easier. I’ve yet to find this in my local grocery stores only QT so very happy I can get from Amazon and with fast delivery.

Ryse is my personal go to energy drink and I really enjoy the variety pack because it often has flavors you can't buy in bulk. So it gives you a great chance to try new things and mix it up.

Taste great and no crash. Love the cotton candy flavor but there was only one. I’ll definitely buy more.

Great product! I have a lot of RYSE supplements and I have enjoyed all of them and have not found one I don't enjoy yet! Pink Splash has to be my favorite flavor. I would say if it is ICE ICE cold then it is even better and for some reason you get more of a Strawberry Flavor. I will say I did take a star off and like other reviewers the packaging of the box itself is fine, but the cans are TERRIBLE. Almost half of the cans are broken or busted and the snap doesn't go all the way through so you have to use a finger or a knife to bust through it the rest of the way. On top of that some of the cans are indented somehow at the top making it hard to drink normally, or they are dented on the bottom and cannot sit flush on any surface. I am not sure if this is a RYSE thing or a shipping from RYSE to Amazon, but it should be addressed. But I will continue to buy!!

Love the taste and it gives me a boost

Hello and Good Evening,Seeing as my heart may not take another opening of this can. I must warn the others!The first time I opened this drink I was in the car, and opened it the next thing I know half of the can has spewed and overflowed from the can and onto to me, my car, and my wife. My wife and I were on our way to an all day event, and I HAD TO BORROW A STRANGE MANS UNDERWEAR! Due to mine be soaked, because apparently I was not informed that I would need a poncho in order to consume this beverage. Not a good day.2nd Can - Thinking that it was just the one can, the next day I go to enjoy another refreshing can in my home this time. As I’m opening the can, SURPRISE!!!Half of the can is has again imploded and started spewing and overflowing in my kitchen. Again. To my dismay, this time without wet trousers. I clean the mess and move on.3rd can - Thinking I have this figured out. I proceeded to put the can into a larger cup thinking well if it’s going to spew over might as well catch it. Crack the can and this time it sprays. Like the turning on of a sprinkler.As a Result:I am only opening these cans with the proper safety measures in place. In the outdoors with a cup to catch the overflow to avoid any more SPILLAGE. And a poncho for the splash zone.As a Positive this is well packaged and well shipped energy drink I have bought.This Energy drink in my opinion is definitely the most PRESSURIZED drink I have consumed to date. As I wish to drink these and not strap them to my back and shoot to the Moon Alice.

I have ordered the variety pack 5 different times within the last couple of months. 2 out of those 5 times, multiple cans were damaged. The other 2 out of 5 times, the cans were not damaged. The review right now is my 5th order. The cans were not damaged, BUT for some reason I was given the same flavor in the variety pack twice? So instead of 12 different flavors. I only got 10. I mean the up side is that the Kool-Aid Tropical Punch Flavor is my favorite and I got 2 of those. But the down side is that I got 2 of the same Sunny D Flavor which is my least favorite flavor of them all. I didn’t realize this until after already drinking 2 of the drinks that there seems to be some inconsistency with the drinks. For this recent order, I got new flavors Ryse that I didn’t get in my previous 4 orders. It really is a hit or miss when ordering these. Also a plus is that they do seem to come in a new packaging box, instead of them bundled up in a plastic wrap.

It’s absolutely delicious, 10/10 don’t buy so there are more for me haha!
