It's very adhesive, difficult to reposition.
Adherses very well, peel backing a little at a time. Use a squeegee and / or credit card to apply evenly to reduce air pockets / bubbles. It is a bit thin so it's possible for the adhesive sides to want to come together and its so sticky it doesn't separate easily. It reflects light like road side signage. It's not very flexible. So it's best for primarily flat surfaces.

Good reflectivity and cuts easy
I have found that the more exotic materials can be difficult to get a clean cut on and did have an issue with the blade sticking to the underlying adhesive but with a little adjustment to the cutter, it worked great. As seen in the photo, you can see the clean cuts and reflective properties.

Make sure your weather is perfect when applying for best results had to redo the back side.
Color is amazing and everyone loves the look of this on my car

Not reflective!!
Not reflective!!! I bought this for business signs to find out when we drove past one at night that it’s not reflective. I had a different vinyl on part of it that reflects so only half of the sign is visible at night. Looks terrible!!!

So much cheaper than it used to be. Very visible at night for banners and signs.

Looks good, but don't recommend
Vinyl looks good, but.....it's not "Reflective". Also it likes to pull away from the backing when you load it into the plotter (see photos). I haven't been able to cut anything yet on the green, but have on the blue (also not "Reflective"), and seems to stick ok. But weeding was a nightmare. Same settings and blade on ORALITE 5400 (real Reflective vinyl). You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend and to be honest I haven't had much luck with VViViD DECO65 vinyl.

Not so good!
It works on my project, but it was a headache to cut on my cricut, because the green paper peel off from the base paper easily. And the base was very stick on my mat, I don't recommend it if you want to use it in a machine, other wise is nice color
