I love the filtering capacity and I love the quality and the plastic material and I love the design and I love the weight to.

I got the Waterdrop Compact Electric Water Filter Pitcher about three weeks ago, and I’ve really enjoyed it. Setting it up was a breeze, and the instructions were straightforward. It fits nicely in either door of our refrigerator, making it super convenient to grab a drink quickly. Most importantly, the filtered water tastes fantastic! At first, I thought I would need to take the whole pitcher out of the fridge and let it sit while charging with the USBC port, but I decided to try charging it using one of my portable power bricks instead. I just connect my portable power brick to the USB-C port on the dispenser, and while it charges, the water stays cold. Just a tip: make sure your portable power brick is large enough to fully charge the water filter. Overall, based on my experience so far, I highly recommend the Waterdrop Compact Electric Water Filter Pitcher.

I’ve had this water filter for 3 weeks now and I’m impressed how well it does filtering our water and how well my family has adapted to using it. My main goal when buying this was to get rid of chloramine and its smell. Our micro municipal water system uses a well to service 40 houses in our neighborhood and recently there has been issues with bacteria in the water. They’re adding the disinfectant by the boat-load - the smell and taste of the water is unbearable. We use a filter pitcher from LifeStraw which is good for several cups and we keep that in the refrigerator. My adult son told me I was crazy and wasting money on this countertop unit. My husband and my daughter shook their heads at me as well. Too big, takes up too much counter space, already have a filter, etc they told me. I ignored them and set it up next to the sink. After 3 days the positive comments started. My son, the biggest nonbeliever, tells me he can taste the difference. Same for my husband and daughter. What I’ve noticed is the sheer quantity of water we use with it. I’ve been refilling it at 3 times a day - more than 3 gallons a day. Meaning we’ve been drinking much more clean water than before and that’s a win in my book. The most important feature is that the filtering is on demand and not a gravity filter. This means the water in the tank is not filtered water until you dispense it. A gravity filter automatically filters the water and keeps the clean water in the pitcher. This means that the water you drink with the Waterdrop unit is freshly filtered. With a gravity pitcher the cleaned water sits in the pitcher and absorbs the plastic chemicals (leachables) which means you’re drinking some of the very chemicals you wanted cleaned out of the water. Unless you use a glass pitcher. Overall my family and I love this filter and wonder why we didn’t do it sooner.

The initial run through dispensed black liquid, but after flushing it and running water through for a few minutes, it was perfect! Happens with brita as well so not concerned! Setting up the pitcher was a breeze, and the user-friendly design makes it accessible for everyone in the household. The pitcher also feels durable and well-made, giving me confidence in its long-term performance. UPDATE: 4 stars because the filters are hard to remove when replacing! Other than that, it’s been a great filter!

Very happy with it so far. Water tasted great, fits very well in standard size newer fridge and recharges quickly.

I used this filter for about a month and a half and followed all the battery charging instructions carefully. Unfortunately, it stopped working completely. This is really disappointing because when it was working, it was a great product — very practical and efficient. I reached out for support to try to resolve the issue, but I didn’t receive any response. I’m not a professional, but it seems like a motor or electrical issue, as the unit is no longer pulling water. The suction hose is not clogged. Overall, I’m disappointed because it had great potential, but the durability was not there.

Customer service was extremely prompt and helpful when I requested help with this filter. I am now satisfied with the product. The only observation I have is a hole at the bottom of the tank, I had to cover it with epoxy, because it doesn’t make any sense to have it there. Other than that, it’s a great product.

my water drop has a mind of its own...2-3 times a day when you are filling a to go bottle or whatever ....it won't turn off...you can tap the off droplet and the water won't stop pouring out...so I have a mess of water on my floor multiple times a day....EDITED....Harper, from Waterdrop customer service read my review....Harper went out of her way to fix my waterdrop unit and I couldn't be happier...I'm so impressed with their customer service, and more specifically Harper, I will recommend this company and unit to all...they are beautiful units and I really love mine...

I really wanted to love it! The taste is great and fits in fridge… only problem is it leaks! I bought it in September and it’s been leaking from the bottom… I keep cleaning the bottom and it continues to leak. I don’t know if I got a defected one or if they are poor quality. Anywho, there is no one to contact for support only “trouble shoot “yourself and if that doesn’t work well your out of the money you spent.. and it wasn’t cheap..
