It arrived a few weeks earlier than scheduled in perfect condition unopened. The seller did an excellent job in packaging it with care. It states that it would take 30-60 minutes to assemble but it only took me and my son about 20 minutes. It was also very easy to assemble and to register it for warranty. I thought it came with a cell phone holder but it wasn’t included. Warning. This bike is very cool and beautiful, so If you want to protect it from getting stolen, buy an AirTag to track it in case it gets stolen and a very good lock. The lock I purchased is blue tooth and can be locked and unlock using my smart phone. I highly suggest this bike. You can’t find a better one for this price. It’s also supper fast but easy to ride. FUN, Comfortable, medium heavy, easy to fold. Not too easy to lift folded until you can figure out an easier way to lift it folded. 👍🏼

Quality and speed very well made except it’s very heavy and I recommend that you be at least 5’5” tall.

This e-bike is amazong, the size is great for me and it is so smooth also, its like the cadilac of bikes for me. I ride this bike to work every day and I pull my dog on a bike trailer and it has no probelms. I am a heaver guy and it still takes off quickly. the bike is comfy to ride and gets some looks as the body design is different from the ususal the battery last for a while before needing a charge and the breaks are powerful. I love this bike.

The bike is bigger than it looks and the assembly was not that difficult. It came with a kick stand with no instructions and no screws. So I went to a local hardware store and purchased two screws to install the kick stand. The ride is nice and comfy an I get lots of stares and compliments (I bought the camouflage). I also enjoy using the horn if I need to get someone's attention to move out the way. I bought the bike for its folding ability and I can fit it in my small suv. It's been three months since purchased and so far, it's a great value for the price.

Just look at it, it is a great looking bike. It has bigger battery than average. When you go with a group, others have to worry about battery not you. :-) I asked a question from support Friday evening expecting answer Monday. They answered the same evening. Let say I am on a trail where the sign says 15 mph max. I just set it to speed one or two. Yet in speed five I did 37 mph without pedaling. ;-)

I originally wrote a 1 star review for this ebike. This was because the bike arrived without it's headlight and a pedal. But when I emailed customer service ([email protected]); they responded next day; I received my headlight in the mail and for the first 200 miles the bike operates well. The most important part for me was the battery capacity. My last e-bike did not have the capacity to get me home (40 mile commute) even if I kept the speed at 2 of 5 power level and pedaled hard the whole way home. The battery I got on my EUY bike gets me home using power level 3 for about half the journey and power level 5 the rest of the way. It gets me home. FYI, no wind and a flat road - the bike goes about 25 mph max. With wind, or if one pedal assists hard - one can get up to 30 mph. BTW, to get the correct mph reading one must program the control panel to the correct wheel size. When I first used the bike, the panel said I was going 25mph, but Google Maps (correctly) showed I was going more like 21mph. Another positive - I haven't gotten a flat yet. My last bike - over 1000 miles I got 4 or 5 flats; it was just terrible. I really like the folding function - I can fit the thing in the back of my Chevy Bolt. One thing: It weighs 83lbs out of the box (the specs say something more like 70 or 75lb.). ANyway, overall I'm pleased with the bike and very pleased with the service.

So far the only thing i dislike is the downshift lever. It feels squishy. First ride i was happy. Looking forward to a nice ride. Only 1mile on it so far. Pretty heavy.
