TERRIBLE product. Truly genuinely terrible. At first, it seemed to work, even though it kept smoking. Now, in my second use since purchase, it simply doesn't work. The product seems heavily used, so I guess it's second hand, and it doesn't even stand properly on its own (I have to support it with a few coins just so it doesn't teeter). The quality is bad, the value for money is bad, and it doesn't work - first time I ever give a product a single star, and oh, how I wish this could be 0 stars... Avoid this product and this seller.

I like how easy this is to use. Does a good job sealing mylar bags. I like the fact that you can adjust the setting for differant thicknesses of bags. It accommodates the quart size bags and smaller comfortably. I would recommend the next size larger for gallon size bags, although it's not impossible.

I’ve only used on 2 bags, but the product worked great. I was a little nervous working with this heat product, but it was easy to use. It sealed the bags quickly and completely. I will say the instructions were not great. Seems to have been written by someone to where English is a second language. So, some instruction didn’t make sense. I found a video on YouTube that helped and was my savior on this one! So that was my only con.

I was a little skeptical with this product due to the size of the product and worried it wouldn’t seal bags properly: but I’m really glad that it does and now, I’m not worried about a family size bag of chips going stale. It’s also good when it comes to buying meats in bulk and portioning is a breeze! It’s heavy duty and a great addition to any kitchen size: plus, I love the color
