Fantastic monitor - know the caveats
tl;dr - If you know what you're getting into, probably the best (current) value you can get of the 34" ultrawide OLEDs. 3 year burn-in warranty, gen 2 oled care, and of course a stellar image. But definitely do your research before buying and being disappointed by the pitfalls of OLED. I think the monitor is a better value than the popular Alienware AW3423DWF at this point, but again be aware that all of these OLEDs require being babied, unlike a LED-based one. That said, super impressed with this monitor, especially once proper HDR content is on - just jaw-dropping clarity and contrast, it's like looking through a window. Great refresh rate (I'm not really a competitive gamer so the added cost for 240Hz isn't really worth it) and easy swapping between color spaces if that's you're thing. I was skeptical about ultrawide at first, but it's so immersive and great for games and the music production work I do. Took a bit of getting used to from my old dual monitors, but I really like it. A side benefit of the OLED is in the dark, regular 16:9 content (like youtube) looks like it's on a normal monitor thanks to the perfect blacks on the "side bars". Now, the big caveats: Like all current OLED monitors, there are varying levels of intrusive "OLED care" functions - pixel shifting, logo detection and dimming, etc. The biggest being the ~5 minute, every 4 to 16 hour panel refresh - thankfully on the MSI the pop up can be dismissed or changed to be only every 16 if it bothers you that much, but it needs to be planned around regardless. The pixel shift, which moves the entire screen, also cannot be turned off. This is all to reduce burn in since monitors are far more static than TVs. Additionally, the triangular pixel substructure will make text and windows have some color fringing - this took a few days for me to get over, but I barely notice it now. And probably wouldn't have in the first place, if it hadn't been noted in the reviews. But overall, even though the babying of the monitor takes some getting used to, I can't stop staring at this thing. If the additional upkeep seems too unappealing, I recommend waiting for a good miniLED to come out, or OLED tech to mature more.

Absolutely worth it, best gaming monitor I’ve owned
I recently upgraded to the MSI OLED ultrawide and I can honestly say this is the best monitor I’ve ever used. The OLED panel is on another level — the blacks are truly black, colors pop like crazy, and the contrast makes everything look super sharp whether you’re gaming or watching movies. I mainly play games like League of Legends and story-driven titles like Resident Evil and Silent Hill, and the experience has been amazing. Motion clarity is extremely smooth, response time is instant, and there’s zero ghosting. HDR content looks incredible and really shows what this screen is capable of. The curved ultrawide format makes gaming and productivity much more immersive. It feels like you’re surrounded by the screen instead of just looking at it. Text is sharp, brightness is strong for an OLED, and MSI’s build quality feels premium. Another big plus is how quiet and cool it runs. No noticeable fan noise and it handles long gaming sessions without any issues. Setup was simple and it worked perfectly with my RTX 3080. Overall, if you’re thinking about getting an OLED monitor for gaming or mixed use, this MSI is 100% worth it. Pricey, but once you use OLED, it’s hard to go back to anything else.

Would buy again!
I have never had issues with this monitor, it worked perfect for me out of the box. It is really an amazing monitor, looks beautiful and very vivid. Gaming on this feels very immersive and feels like the perfect size. I would grab a mounting stand for this for better adjustability, but the included stand works flawless out of the box as well.

Great Monitor!
I’m really happy with this monitor. My favorite part is the picture quality. The colors are bright, the blacks are deep, and everything looks very sharp. It makes gaming and watching videos feel more immersive, especially with the ultrawide curved screen. I chose this monitor over others because of the QD-OLED display and high refresh rate. I wanted something that looked great and performed well for gaming, and this one checked both boxes. It definitely meets my needs and exceeded my expectations. Games run smoothly, and the extra screen space is great for multitasking.

Colors so sweet, it'll put you in a diabetic coma.
I've been in the market for a new gaming monitor for awhile and OLED is definitely the future and the new standard. The colors are so vibrant and the ultrawide is a plus for immersive gaming and editing. This monitor hits many strong points that suit the needs for gamers, creators, and designers. There are a few pros and cons I want to mention however. Pros: Excellent Picture Quality: This monitor uses Quantum Dot (QD-OLED) technology which produces vibrant colors, deep blacks, and high contrast ratios. Ultra-Fast Performance: With a 175Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time, the MAG 341CQP QD-OLED is built for competitive gamers. Cons: Potential for Burn-in: This is expected to be a common drawback of OLED displays is the risk of burn-in, where static images can leave permanent marks on the screen. But MSI's OLED Care 2.0 technology can help to mitigate this. Price tag: Expensive, you are looking at a higher premium cost for the features this monitor has. Overall, the MSI MAG 341CQP QD-OLED is a premium gaming monitor offering exceptional picture quality, ultra-fast performance, and a variety of connectivity options. However, buyers should be aware of the burn-in risk associated with OLED technology and the monitor's high price point.

OLED is not ready for PCs
I mainly use my PC for gaming and watching movies so I am always looking for the best screen possible. I thought it was time to move up to OLED from what I was hearing but OLED is not ready for PCs. So the main issue is the panel protection built into the screen. It is beyond annoying that every 4 hours the screen will shut off no matter what you are doing and the only thing you can do is wait a few minutes then turn off the screen then back on. It will not turn itself back on, even when I updated the firmware that was supposed to fix that. The other issue is the PC sleep mode. I always have had my PC put my screen to sleep after 30 min. of no use. I have never had an issue waking it up. This screen will not turn back on!! Again I had to turn it off and on again. It's ridiculous. Also, the ports behind the screen are very close to the bottom so you will see all the wires you've plugged in and there is no way to hide them. The supposed KVM is not existent. There is documentation on how exactly it works. There is 1 USB cable you plug to your computer. that's it. It's basically a USB hub and not a KVM. Now the picture colors are amazing and bright but it's to much when you sit in front of the screen for more than a few minutes. OLED TVs on a wall a few feet away are great but not when you are a few inches away. Unfortunately, I am returning it and getting a good old Widescreen LCD. It's just not ready!!

Great Monitor
The MSI MAG 341CQP QD-OLED is an impressive 34-inch ultrawide monitor that combines quantum dot OLED technology for stunning color accuracy and deep blacks. Its 3440x1440 resolution delivers crisp visuals, ideal for both gaming and professional work. The 175Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time make it excellent for fast-paced gaming, with smooth and fluid motion. The curvature enhances immersion, providing a more comfortable viewing experience. Featuring a sleek design, vibrant colors, and a wide color gamut, this monitor excels in both performance and aesthetics. However, its price point may be a consideration for those on a budget.

Awesome but beware of panel protect
Beautiful monitor, this one came in with no issues. This is my first oled and ultrawide display and the difference is night and day. Gaming with proper ultrawide support is breathtaking, media consumption is also top tier. Media that can only be displayed at 16:9 still looks amazing on this monitor thanks to the true black borders. However I must note this panels oled protection, it will prompt you after 4 hours of use to run a panel protect which last 2-3 minutes. You can postpone it to where total usage is at 12 hours which can help most gamers who play online. It will most likely throw you off guard, not something you would want for competitive gaming. If the majority of your time is spent in intense online sessions I would recommend a panel without this feature. However for a casual gamer / user looking for an upgrade right now I think it’s perfect. The current price at 600 is highly competitive coupled with a 3 year warranty makes it one of the better options available for this technology right now. The build quality is solid but monitor stand is large and will require a medium sized desk at the very least. This monitor also does not have speakers, so if you consume media without headphones you will also need some sort of speaker.

The total package
Brilliant monitor, equally brilliant packaging. No kidding. I love this monitor. The display is thin, colours are crisp, refresh rates in the stratosphere. I did have an issue reading the signal from my newly built PC over the DisplayPort cable but I read this is not uncommon with gaming OLEDs and fresh builds. I worked around it by doing my initial setup over HDMI, then updating GPU drivers and monitor firmware. As much as the monitor is the star of the show, I had to marvel over the packaging. Everything was precisely cut and formed cardboard. No plastic or styrofoam in sight. This was clearly an intentional choice by the manufacturer and I appreciate it. More than once I asked myself "how did they design this?" while breaking down the box for recycling.

Have no problem with it yet, all very good after month using it.
BUT I wish I didn’t buy it and wait for the new MSI 4K OLED version 😄
