The stitching for the internal pockets came undone within the first two weeks, the stitching for one of the arm straps after a month and a half, and the bottom of the same arm strap after 6 months. Had the arm straps sewn back on, and now the material is giving way and tearing. Bag only ever has a laptop, 1L bottle of water, a few pens and a notepad in it.

I love the lunchbox compartment which is big enough to accommodate a lunchbox two bottles of water and a soda can.

Love this bag!! the side handle is my favorite feature because I don't want to always wear it on my back. my only issue is one of my shoulder straps ripped off with only 7 months of use. It could have been because of the way I use it. I don't normally wear both straps since I only carry the bag to and from the car. I may buy this again if I cant find another bag with the same versatility.

The bag is perfect…to be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect given the cost…but it more than stood up to all the tests I threw at it!!
