Great Color and Clear Writing
Very pleased with this baseball cap that I had personalized. The quality of color and materials was great, and the personalization was spot on. Only small detraction was a little difficulty in getting the hat size down, but that was just a hiccup in the road.

Poor quality
The description is misleading and hat is not made as it seemed.Hat is NOT embroidered! The design is stamped on! In small stamp design. There is NO batting inside hat! Hat DOES NOT stand up while wearing, making the custom wording/stamp impossible to read.

Completely misshapen.
The part with the words on it remains wrinckled and set at an angle in a way that it looks terrible. Unreadable and poorly made. Must be chineese.
