Assembly was a piece of cake, which took less than 5 minutes. Snapping the handle into the cage is a little tricky, and care should be taken to prevent breakage. I took a small straight screwdriver and pried the handle clips open just enough to get the cage wire started into the clip. An aggressive medium sized dog could potentially damage the cage but it is perfect for my 10 week old pug. The bonus is that the pup actually likes it! Highly recommend especially considering the price.

This is excellent for my sweet boy Trooper. He's new to our family and unfortunately we have a gang of thug cats. They are just about his size and if I don't watch every second they try and attack him. I have never used a crate before. It came today and it took under 5 minutes to assemble. I put one of his blankets on top of memory foam and put a few treats in and he went right in. I am so relieved that if I leave the room he will be safe. He really likes it. It is good quality, excellent value, the design is great and it is made well.

This was the perfect size for my dog not to big and not to small. I put a old blanket in there and it has become his go to spot for nap time. He would rather be in this crate then in soft beds. I like the fact that is tough while being easy to move around. I feel like it is good value for what I paid for it. It is very easy to clean the tray pop's out. It fold up easy when I am not using it or traveling.It look's good no matter where I put it.

First one I got came with the tray cracked and the seller was very responsive. The replacement is easy to assemble, seems sturdy and is the perfect size for my rescue.

What is in a rating star anyways? I don't want to pan this product, because it works, is fully assembled, and nothing is wrong with it. I've had a few variations of this kennel over the years with various pets. I'm noticing the gauge of the wires in the cage are barely above that of a coat hangar. Cage kind of has a flex to it when adjusting the weight if your pet is inside the kennel when doing so. Only time will tell if this new standard gauge of wire will be sufficient for my dogs adventures. I doubt an affordable kennel is in the works for some time the way the GOP has unleashed their Cheeto Mussolini temper tantrum trade war. China has us by the short hairs on this one and it the fault lands directly in the lap of some fool who has no idea what they are doing.

Great for cats! It was extremely easy to use this versus a regular carrier. Let’s just say getting the orange one in a carrier isn’t a pleasant experience for anyone involved. I was able to get him in on the first try without any problems. It took me like 3 minutes to set this up without looking at the directions. The handle is plastic and looks flimsy. I was scared to use it considering I had Mr. 14 pounder and his 10 lb sister in with him. I just held the crate by its sides or by the top wires instead. The wiring seems sturdy based on my trip from apartment to car. The fit: I didn’t see any reviews about what size to get for cats, which, given that it’s a dog crate, is understandable. Here’s context for the size I got: My orange one is bumping 14 lbs and my gray one is 10 lbs. They fit comfortably in this crate together. There was enough room for them to stand, stretch, loaf, move around, and unfortunately for my 3 hour car ride, even go to the bathroom... How I got them in it: I left it set up overnight and put a blanket in there. I sprinkled some treats inside to coax them in the night before and right when I needed to “trap” them in it. Since my orange one is more insane, I waited till he was asleep and then picked him up and placed him inside with his sister. I put my vest over part of the crate to give them some sort of comfort during the ride?? Idk if it worked or if they even cared.
