I love these probiotics. They absolutely help with bloat. They are very easy to take. So glad I started using these.

Definitely works and sends you to the bathroom, although people recommend to take it every day I think it’s best to take it every 2 to 3 days before you eat. And make sure to drink a lot of water.

I've been using these for a couple of months now, and they work. I no longer feel bloated, and my digestion has improved. I do recommend these.

I tried almost every single Lemme product so far. I have to say, I don't know if I like Lemme Debloat gummies or capsules more. Personally, I find the most relief from Lemme PMS as up top on my list..following Lemme Chill mixed and Lemme sleep. I also like Lemme Focus. Not sure these are my favorite although I think any reputable probiotic is better than none and of course everyone system works for some better than other on ingredients. I'd say I'm neutral but still gave 4 stars as no negative effects. Lemme PMS I can feel immediately upon taking, the probiotics I do not Debloat from them but still a good company of supplements.

I had tried the Lemme Debloat gummies and liked their effect. I normally take a digestive enzyme pill as well so I figured I would try these and save myself some money. First few days I noticed almost a reverse of the gummies. Bloating came back and the scale kept ticking up like I was holding onto water weight. About a week in and I started breaking out in hives.
