Bought these as had painful let down and it eased that. Also found them great to help with symptoms from mastitis and general discomfort in cold weather.

At first I was disappointed with the product as realised that there is nothing special. Just another heat/cold pad. However the shape is amazing and really fits well, covers the area good. So in the end of the day I am still happy.
