Easy to set up as it comes with the SIM card already inside, although that’s easy to pop in. Is a very good quality. My son loves tracking his steps on it and it’s very accurate. The battery life is very good. It looks super cool. I think this is brilliant value for money with the amount of things you can do with it, take pictures, play games, call and message and also track where your child is with the app!

Only leaving one star because I can't do zero. This was awful. My husband set it up, couldn't get the GPS to work & couldn't make phone calls from the watch. Spent hours trying to sort it out. Tried factory reset to start again & it still didnt work. Absolutely awful. Do not recommend!!!

I purchased this Xplora watch for my 8 year old daughter. This watch is such a lightweight design , it's easy to use and really simple for the kids to enjoy. It has a messaging option that can only be used to the people that are designated to on the Xplora app. It has a camera, photo folder and steps counter. The steps counter enabled you to earn coins on the app so you can play games and earn more rewards. The watch has a gps tracker which is very accurate and enables you to see where your child is. The SOS feature when in trouble enables the watch to call you and the app sets an alarm off to alert you . I usually turn the school mode on when my daughter's at school so shes unable to use the features to she concentrates on her school work rather than playing on the watch. This can be switched on to your preference. Overall this watch is fantastic! Im very happy with all the features. It's a must buy for for any parent!

This was used as a starter phone for my son, he has adhd and I didn't know if he would use a phone safely. He can only ring the numbers I add to the app, I get notified every time he makes a call or text, but he can still contact me at any point. Connectivity is a little slow, the battery life is good, it's functional, watch quality is good, I think it looks smart. Do I think it's value for money? I personally think it could have more apps on the watch, maybe some games, it has school mode, but while on he can't see his steps.

Excellent product for keeping my 8 year old safe while going to the park etc on her own/with friends. GPS can track her safely & accurately & easy to use for her to phone & get in touch. Thank you

Why did you choose this product over others?: Product itself is great as an entry level watch for your children. The call functionality is great as is the accompanying app. The failing of the watch is on the text front. The wearer cannot message back other than with an emoji. This was disappointing and limited the functionality and practicality of what we were looking for On this occasion this did not meet our expectations/criteria and returned and replaced with an Apple Watch for our daughter. During the test the battery life was great and set up was really easy. Perfect watch for a counter wearer but our 8year old wanted a little more

I had high hopes for this GPS watch. My son is 9 and we wanted a way to track him in case he got separated from us while out. We thought this would be ideal. How wrong we were. Firstly, the call feature works ok. He can call me and I can call him. I can send him texts/emojis and he can send voice notes and emojis - most of the time. But this is less reliable than the calls. The main feature we wanted is the GPS tracking.However, it’s useless. It took two days after setting the watch up to be finally located on the GPS page! 95% of the time I get an error message saying that the location cannot be updated. I am using the SIM card that came with it (another £90 cost for the use of the sim for a year) and we are in a perfectly good reception area, but location still doesn’t update. We have been away on a short break and it didn’t update there either. My son likes that he can call us, but if he is in danger or lost, chances are i won’t be able to locate where he is! I have emailed the company about the GPS problems and an automated email was sent back. I tried everything that the email suggested, and then replied with more information like it asked. A week later and I am still waiting for a response. Looks like they can’t be bothered. I wish I hadn’t bothered with this watch, and just got a cheap phone and put the Life 360 app on it like I have with my daughter. The Life 360 app is 10000% better than this!!! In short, spend your money elsewhere and not on this watch.

Bought this for my son’s Christmas. A great watch but the strap has snapped and the “product support” website link appears to now be non-existent. Desperately need a new strap! Can anyone help. :(

Update: while the 2 watches I ordered didn’t work for us, their customer service is amazing! They reached out to me regarding the deficient products and made it right! It is not user friendly. Doesn’t matter the SIM card rarely connects. Wish I could return it

Compramos el reloj de Xplora porque no queríamos entregar un teléfono móvil a nuestra hija y estamos encantados. Es muy fácil de usar, podemos comunicarnos rápidamente, conocer su ubicación y la app que descargas en el móvil es muy fácil de usar. Recomendable al 100x100

Wir haben diese Uhr für unseren 7-jährigen Sohn gekauft und sind sehr zufrieden. Besonders gefällt uns, dass es kein YouTube oder andere ablenkende Apps gibt. Die Uhr bietet genau das, was ein Kind braucht: Telefonieren, Nachrichten und die Standortfunktion. So können wir jederzeit sehen, wo unser Sohn ist, und mit ihm in Kontakt bleiben. Die Einrichtung war sehr einfach. Ich habe die App auf meinem Handy installiert und alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Verbindung war schnell hergestellt und seitdem läuft die Uhr zuverlässig. Ich kann diese Kinderuhr allen Eltern empfehlen, die eine sichere Möglichkeit suchen, mit ihrem Kind in Kontakt zu bleiben, ohne ihm ein Smartphone mit vielen Apps zu geben.

À ne surtout pas acheter!!!! Montre défectueuse et prélèvements sauvages (143 euros avant hier alors que nous avons renvoyé la montre défectueuse à Amazon et mis fin à l’abonnement!!!) pratiques scandaleuses!!! Horrible ne fonctionne pas. Pour activer c’est un enfer. La montre a été offerte hier pour Noël elle ne s’allume plus depuis ce matin. Ma fille est super déçue et moi en colère. Je ne recommande pas le produit. Update : mon mari et moi avons ouvert chacun un formulaire de demande de support via l’appli et n’avons eu aucune réponse pendant une semaine!!!! Quand enfin j’ai réussi à les joindre en répondant à un échange de mail datant du jour même de Noël (au sujet des soucis d’activation) la seule proposition qui m’a été faite a été un renvoi de la montre pour passage au SAV et si problème confirme un remplacement. Donc une solution nécessitant un délai en plus! La montre avait été offerte pour Noël! J’ai envoyé une vidéo du dysfonctionnement! Je ne recommande surtout pas cette montre et encore moins le service explora avec en plus des abonnements non intéressants. J’ai trouvé une autre alternative et j’en suis ravie. Fuyez vraiment!
