We are in our late 50's. This has been a game changer for sure. My husband & I still only taking 1cap a day. We are regulars now. Let's just say I'm in management role but have big ambitions for rapid advancement. I started MB liquid form in late September of 2024 and have used mid to upper limits of the dosing threshold for my weight and purpose for use since. I've got a days worth left from my first bottle (started Monday, today's Friday) but I just made an overnight delivery order before this review because this stuff is interesting.. The liquid upset my stomach (and throat sometimes) much more than these capsules. The thing with MB is it has my mind running 150mph. But in a controlled way, like I'm driving very fast but I have total control over my brain. Truly. My experience with MB has been nothing short of a miracle. The amount of physical and mental sharpness I have has signicantly increased and I almost feel as if the longer I've been dosing, the more it continues to gradually. I struggle with attention problems and this has by my account has SIGNIFICANTLY improved my short term memory recall. I can remember things in color and vivid detail unlike ever before MB. These capsules make it much more convenient for through out the day dosing without the risk of messes and potent blue stains on your fingers before a management meeting at work (real story lol). This brand and formula rocks, and MB in general. ❤️

I LOVE this supplement! Unfortunately, I just can’t take it. I feel like there was a marked improvement in my energy levels and my mood after the first week taking it. Unfortunately, my stomach doesn’t like the mushrooms and it caused severe bloating, gas and near constant belching. I tried to tough it out to see if my body would acclimate, but alas it could not.

Taking MB in liquid form is messy & I don’t need a blue stained gums or teeth so I was looking for a powdered form of MB. I love that this also offered a diversified profile of symbiotic mushroom strains as well as powdered MB‼️ 👍👍 Way less messy thank liquid MB 👍👍 Diversified beneficial 🍄‍🟫mushrooms 👍👍My husband & teenagers love it too❣️ UPDATE- we’ve been taking this and sharing this with others for the past few months now and every one of us recognize a noticeable difference when we do. We already eat and supplement with a diverse profile of probiotics & mushroom strains but there’s something magical to be said about this blue shroom addition. My husband said this morning “I just feel better. I feel better all around when I take it.”. My adult daughters and teenage boys all agree. So I came back to update this review bc it really does make a POSITIVE & noticeable difference in each of our bodies. Huelle many supplements cost more but only provide you a fancy bottle or commendations ingredients this product only gives you what you want. I’m not a doctor so I’m not going to say whether this product works or not, but I will say that as somebody that does get benefit from methylene blue I think this particular brand is a very good value for the money and is manufactured in a US based lab, which is important for any product you put in your body.

Easy to use, effective-ish. However, the amount of product in each capsule varies - a lot. As it works its way through your system, you will notice various colors when urinating. Most of time there is a strong blue coloration. So what's with those times when there is absolutely no color change? It happens frequently enough to convince me that quality control in not their strong suit and value for money is now questionable in my mind. And I have switched brands.

I tried one other brand of Methylene Blue before this one and found good results but I like this better with the added extracts and that it doesn't taste horrible or make my mouth blue. Improved mood and alertness and better recovery. Even helped my blood pressure.
