It’s just poor quality in general. It’s really flimsy to the extent where a sudden move can snap the port, my iphones rarely even recognise the adapter to begin charging, and once it does, the audio aspect of the adapter simply refuses to play music through the earphones. It’s literally just an extension in length on an ordinary charger as the audio never works.

Error message "Accessory not suported" and no audio output

I bought 4 of these. One broke after a weeks use, but the other 3 are still going good. Had for at least 3 months now.

Bought this product and followed the instructions for use with iPhone 7 and still could not get it to work! Contacted seller but they have no record of my order. I’m now going to have to try and return it....if I can be bothered!!

Always breaks within 2 weeks. On my 3rd one. Every single time but for the price guess I can’t complain. You’re better off getting a real one as it’ll amount the same in the long term

Not working had to send back

Product didn't work when it arrived and it would have cost me a lot of money to return, not worth the money. I could also find no way to contact the seller about my issue.

Was quite temperamental at first but has since worked itself out and is fine. Does exactly what I wanted it to.
