DOESN'T WORK, NO MONEY BACK POLICY
They taste pretty good, but you could just buy a bag of gummy bears and it would be as effective and cost a lot less. I usually pay attention to return policies, but I didn't this time. Obviously they don't stand behind their product so why should a consumer. Waste of money.

These Can't Be Beet!
These are a tasty treat before a workout. What I like about these is they give me the pre-workout energy boost I'm looking for without the tingly sensation other beetroot products usually have. Based on my perception, depending on the workout intensity, additional gummies may be needed. Manufacturer said, "...all our products are GMP, Organic, Halal, Kosher certified and each batch is tested in laboratories to determine its safety, quality and potency..."

Don’t feel any energy boost. Tasted great, I mean I ate a dozen at once and still didn’t feel anything. Coulda just got sour patch for the same effect.

Be smarter and stronger!
I like taking these before exercising better than the powdered mix, which takes too long to prepare and consume. Watermelon is my favorite fruit and anything with this flavor will taste good.

gummies are ok, but they don't do anything, no boost of energy nothing, felt like I just ate a gas station 3 for $1 pack of gummies and that was it, waste of money

Provides Me With A Quick Bump In Energy
The gummies provide a quick boost in energy while I am at the gym. I take them about 30 minutes before I start. Each gummy contains about 2 coffee cups worth of caffeine and 2g of beta-alanine, which helps with muscle endurance. On top of all that, 2 gummies provide 3g of protein, which isn't much but still surprising. The watermelon flavor isn't too bad. I'm deducting one star because of the texture of the gummies. They feel oily on the outside, and they slightly stick to my teeth. Luckily, the instructions say that I only have to take 2 gummies. If it were any more than that, I probably would not bother with this pre-workout gummy. Overall, the gummy doesn't taste amazing, but because I only have to take two for pre-workout, it is quick and efficient.

I thought I would try these out but they didn’t do anything. The taste is not the best. Upset I wasted my money on them.
