Great cord to have and not worry about the plugs falling out.

They fit very well in the earplugs and don’t slip around or anything. Now, the instructions are TERRIBLE as to how you are supposed to set them up, the video doesn’t really help. I read lots of reviews down here complaining about the fit or how attaching these will ruin the noise block system. But I can 100% tell by the pictures that they put it in the wrong way. And I can’t even blame them for doing so, instructions are terrible. Best I can explain it is you’re supposed to flip the wired backwards and attach it like that, but pulling it back. I would try and make a video demonstration but I don’t want to de-attach my plugs from the wires and have to go through that terrible process again. Besides that, the noise cancellation is amazing. To be able to block extremely loud sounds while still being able to have conversations with others and hear people around me. They still very well to the ear and have different sizes if necessary to find the best fit and noise cancellation. They function very well and are small and comfortable.

I purchased this cord and the corresponding Eargasm High Fidelity Earplug Shells - Small Shells for Noise Reduction Ear-Plugs and used them at Metallica last weekend in Minneapolis. This cord keeps them connected and ensures when you are jumping (headbanging) or even chewing gum, your ear doesn't move in such a way that it falls out and gets lost on the floor. If the earplug falls out, it will remain connected to this cord and simply be draped across your chest. Get the earplugs and this cord and put them in your clear venue bag so that you always know where to find them.

I like the connector cord, but I tried the smaller ear plugs and they hurt because they were still too big. Pretty sad that they didn't work out because it's hard to find high quality earbuds with a cord that are also comfortable. And they are expensive, so that was even more upsetting. I'm sure they'd work for people with larger ear cancals but I have small ear canals and I wish they had a smaller option.

Purchasing the cord with the larger carrying case is a must. The cord and buds don't fit in the smaller case. I bought the cord the day after it slipped from my hand and into the dirt. Luckily for me, it didn't disappear between the seats. Now they are secure, and I can pop them in and out as needed.

I don't think the video on how to attach the cord to the earplugs is accurate. It also does not show a finished product like the picture on the web site. I ordered another set of earplugs with cords, and their directions are different from the this website. I used the directions on the new set of earplugs and attached the cord and the result was much better.

Love the strap and the ear plugs. I’m a dentist and use them to block out the high pitched sounds from my instruments. Can still carry on a conversation with assistants and patients no problems. Strap is long enough and it doesn’t impinge on the ear plugs function. Recommend these to everyone
