Okay, so here is the thing I experience wrost kind of pain during my periods, like extreme level I can't manage without taking medicine, but this time, when my periods start i immediately applied it even before the pain starts, and guess what I pain didn't happened, not even small amount of pain, there is completely 0 pain, yes there is little pain in my back, but this product is for abdomen pain so that didn't happen, so yeah this product does it's work for me.... And I need no medicine this time

It works but it works like for every ten minutes duration it helps to relieve cramps it's a good product but it could have been more effective we need continuous warmth for the cramps

It's a great product. The heat lasts more than 12 hrs although it says 8 hours. I ordered one pack the first time to see if it really works the way it claims and to my surprise it's way better than that. I ordered two more sometime back. I'm so glad to know something has been made for women to relieve the pain who experience such painful menstrual cycle. I think it'll work on other painful areas of the body as well.

Good product. Do not stick it over the skin. Really useful. We can use it outdoors also bcoz it's small and consize. Doesn't heat up overly. Just mild temperature for cramps. Disposal is also very easy and mindful. Thank you NUA
