A massive help!
A fab folic acid alternative. I have a folic acid deficiency and also unlucky to have a folic acid (the synthetic kind) allergy so getting my levels up were proving challenging. This is a great way for me to up my folate levels. ๐๐ป๐๐ป

Decided I don't want spinach
Unfortunately this product is made from spinach which is high in oxalate and bad for kidney stones.
