Great ingredients. Needs Creatine
I take half a scoop before working out. It's crazy how I feel energized without caffeine. They should put creatine in it but I bought that separately. Face tingles alot from 1 full scoop.

Itching or burning skin
Very good hits hard fast flavor is very strong one thing to note though is the beta alanine causes an intense itching or burning on the skin for the first few minutes it’s not something that’s wrong with the product that’s just what it does overall really good product

Solid stim-free option, worth the premium
I’ve been using this for over a month and it’s become my go-to pre-workout for afternoon/evening sessions. I train most days and take one scoop ~20–30 minutes before lifting. Main benefit is no caffeine but still noticeable performance support—better endurance and improved workout quality without affecting sleep. I originally chose Transparent Labs because the ingredients are independently verified and fully disclosed. That matters to me, even if it costs more. I’ve also tried Nutricost’s stim-free version. It’s cheaper, but I prefer the taste of this one and trust the ingredient quality more. Downside is price, but I ended up putting it on subscription to save a bit since I use it regularly. If you want a clean, caffeine-free pre-workout you can use consistently, this has worked really well for me.

Have a food scale handy
I am just about one month into using this. I do slow tempo, lighter weight work. This seems to be good for me for that kind of work. As for “stim-free,” it doesn’t have caffeine but it still gives a boost of alertness and focus. It does give me a small itching feeling sometimes(ymmv). Real reason for 4 stars is the serving scoop. The scoop is larger than the suggested serving size on the side so have a food scale handy. If you use the scoop as is, be prepared to get 24-26 servings out of it. If you use a food scale, will probably get closer to that 30 serving mark.

Good stuff
Very good preworkout. Taste is pretty good. I use stim free because I use caffeine separately so can adjust my caffeine intake up or down depending on what I'm doing that day. This preworkout works better than most. Has all of the right ingredients.

Foam like Dishwasher soap
Quality control has gone down. This time the product produces foam in my shaker cup like it’s dishwasher soap. I’ve had this supplement before and never had this happen. The bottle was clean and even tried a different shaker, same result.

Marketing!
Some of the claims are partly true, but they are written in a marketing tone. Here is the straight truth: 1. Betaine (BetaPure) True that betaine is found in beets and grains. True that some studies show it may help with exercise performance and small increases in muscle output. The big claims like “many other aspects of health” are marketing, not proven. 2. Citrulline Malate Yes, citrulline increases nitric oxide and blood flow. Yes, 8 grams is a common “effective” dose for pumps and endurance. The term “best nitric oxide booster” is opinion, not proven fact. It helps performance, but not as dramatically as ads make it sound. 3. Beta-Alanine This one is solid. It is proven to raise carnosine levels and delay fatigue in high intensity exercise. The tingling feeling is normal. So this claim is mostly true, but results vary. 4. elevATP This is the weakest claim. It is a patented blend with a couple small studies behind it. Some evidence shows a slight increase in ATP output, but the changes are small and not life-changing. So “quicker recovery” and “improved performance” are stretch claims. Bottom line • Beta-alanine and citrulline have strong support. • Betaine has some support but not as strong. • elevATP has limited evidence and is mostly marketing.

I prefer it
I’ve used a lot that had me shake, but this one was pretty good. There was no shaking. Just a lot of mental focus thankfully not a lot of energy because I’m caffeine intolerant. It’s an awesome pre-workout. It’s very effective for the pump.
